The hotel is decent with some good inexpensive food options. The room is not to bad. It’s a little odd tho have no dresser or closed in closet. The bathroom needs to be renovated. No one has a tub/shower combo. The room seemed to be clean but the mattress was very lumpy and tough to sleep. When we arrived on Saturday the guy at the Rewards desk was very nice. However the guy checking us out on Monday wasn’t very friendly.

Stayed beginning of April. Hotel is very clean. Stayed in a double queen solo room, very spacious, beds are really comfy. Plenty of food places to chose from. Breakfast great at Greenburgs, breakfast croissant with coffee $9. Ate at Toms watch bar, food great, large portions. Went to Chin Chin, large portions, had starters but only got 1 main meal to share, not expensive. The Italian not the best, whilst waiting for our main meal was asked if we wanted dessert or anything else as the kitchen would be closing. . Pool area nice, doesn't get the sun till about 11am, pool is heated. Went to see The Mad Apple show, was excellent not your usual cirque de soliel. Overall a great stay, would recommend.

Food was good room was nice staff very friendly nice clean hotel lots to do gambling was fun cocktails were good nice shipping had a wonderful view of the strip from our room lights at night were beautiful

I love staying at NY NY! It is my favorite destination in Vegas. The ambiance is unlike some of the other hotels and casinos. I’ve stayed at a lot of them and some just seem too expensive and seem bougie. NY NY is like just being a oart of a city street where everyone feels welcome!

I had a great stay overall. If you book the Premier room you get a real useable fridge which is unheard of at most MGM properties these days. I checked in on the app and got a digital key which worked great, so no need to go to the front desk to check in. If you need a real key they have a kiosk next to the front desk where you can print multiple keys. The room was clean but I gave it 3 stars because the ventilation at times isn’t great. My room smelled of cigarettes and pot periodically. I’m assuming it had to be someone in a room next to me, but it just kind of wafted in while I was getting ready in the morning, and at night before bed. I wasn’t in the room much during the day so I can’t say if it happened more. I was mostly concerned it would be somehow blamed on me if the cleaning crew came in! Also, there seemed to be issues with the hot water. Yesterday it was barely tepid in the morning when I attempted to take a shower and it started running colder the morning before, but I was done for the most part when that happened. I didn’t call the front desk about any of these things because they were just tiny inconveniences to me. However, the hot water could have been a huge issue if I had had somewhere I needed to be right away and didn’t have the luxury of waiting for my shower later on in the day.
