We booked a stay here at the Hilton to get away for our first trip since Covid 19 happened. My wife just had major surgery and we were looking forward to a getaway. We checked in at 10pm and were greeted with the sounds of screeching tires in the parking garage next to the hotel for an hour straight before security came in and stopped it. Then again at 430am, and again woken up at 530am. We went downstairs to speak to a manager about the issue and the manager claim to be busy all morning. It’s now 9 AM and we still have not gotten a call back. We called customer service “marketing department”, they won’t let us leave, they won’t accommodate us at another resort (Orlando) where we live, no apologies, no offer of condolences for our first night of ZERO sleep. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, it’s a joke!

Upon arrival at 8:30pm room was very dirty, dishes weren’t done, fingerprints on walls and windows, couch had stains, bathrooms dirty. Asked to be transferred to another room, was told there is nothing He can do. At 9pm had 5 people enter room and clean room while I was in the room, waiting to see solution. Missed dinner due to waiting and front desk was very rude.

Room was beautiful and clean. The view we had was the best ever! Staff were friendly and helpful. Eric in the bell service/parking area was extremely friendly and helpful with advice on leaving early on Sunday. We had trouble Saturday night finding somewhere to eat/no reservations available for places on the strip but the staff helped us find a great restaurant. Only complaints were - the music came on for the pool at 7:30 in the morning?? We were on the 12th floor and could hear it. Police chase at 3:00 a.m. in the Polo Towers parking lot that went on for an hour and you could hear everything. You need to dedicate some handicap parking on site. With the mall parking lot being closed every other floor it was difficult and time consuming to go back and forth to park.

Absolutely beautiful, clean hotel. Amazing location, just a block from the strip and connected access to the miracle mile shops. My favorite is their smallest room is a studio which comes with a small kitchenette so useful and thoughtful, also a pull out couch. Their smallest room accommodates 4 people easily

I wanted to try the Elara by Hilton because I had a good experience with the Hilton hotel brand. Unfortunately, renting multiple suites for the family gets you mediocre service. I come to Las Vegas pretty often, and I was very disappointed. First, they have cheap bathroom products. Second, Melissa, the guest service agent, hates working there or hates customer service. Condensing and rude. We asked a question regarding the resort fee for one day (we stayed three nights), and her response was a bad one and on top of an attitude. You never know who you're talking to; I own a business, I travel often, and I like good service for the money I pay. That's all I ask, nothing else. We responded with thank you very much. Maybe, Melissa needs additional training because good customer service it's what brings the business. I will never stay at the Hilton hotels again. I do not recommend Elara; go somewhere else if you want good customer service and guest agents that want to make you feel good and want you to come back.
