My wife and I needed a place to stay while we waited for our party which had booked at another place and we wished we would’ve stayed here the whole weekend! Rooms were very good size and comfortable, staff was nice throughout the resort and check in and check out was a breeze using the MGM app pool was nice also has a four smaller pools everything was clean and health safety was in full effect....and for those wanting to get some gaming, Aria is a few steps away and Cosmopolitan a little further but walking distance! Will definitely stay here again!
Excellent hotel!

The hotel is right by the strip but you don’t have the busyness of the strip traffic. The view from our room was amazing with the city all light up in the evening . Everything was very clean in and out of our room and the staff was very friendly. The room itself was spacious and comfortable as well. We will come back!
Dirty, dilapidated room

Why, Vdara, WHY? This could have been such a nice experience, with hotel's great modern design and fantastic location, and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. But the room cleanliness and general condition... disgusting! There were multiple stains on the carpet and on the couch. There were crumbs on said couch. There were actual splashes of dried up urine on the base of the toilet (unfortunately not noticed until the next day). The bed was massively uncomfortable, with the mattress sagging and providing no support. The bed sheets felt like they were made out of sandpaper. Need I say more? Sad.
Vdara was Surprisingly Bad.

This was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime. My son’s 21st bday and his surprise proposal to his girlfriend sidelined by three room changes. First one was an upgrade that I paid a nice tip for. 2nd move to another upgraded room negotiated by the front desk. Third was to another casino because Audrey(Vdara supervisor) basically kicked me out. She insisted that her subordinate doesn’t make mistakes, read the notes and the miscommunication was on my part. I insisted that I was told a price for the upgrade and the bill showed that price 4 times the amount agreed upon basically charging me every night for that negotiated price. She started off by telling me how horrible her day was going and how tired she was. So I knew it was going to be bad. She had an attitude that I’ve never seen in the hotel industry or a front line hospitality employee. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels in 31 countries across five continents. And this was my 19th trip to Vegas, so I know hospitality, and this was the lack of. I asked Audrey, are you calling me a liar and kicking my family out of our room because you refuse to listen/believe my side of the story? And she said in the rudest tone over and over, do you need an escort! Wow this could’ve been handled so much differently. I literally moved my family out in the middle of the night. When I called to complain they had to review the cameras to validate me leaving when I said I was leaving. I’ve reached out to Vdara, Mlife, BBB and wrote many reviews on blogs and other platforms and have yet to hear from anyone. I am a gold member with Mlife and a diamond member with Caesars and I have to say Caesars is so much better with customer satisfaction. I go to Vegas and other casinos 6 times a year spending over 10k a year and I’ve never had this kind of issue before, NEVER!. Usually it’s the opposite. I will never go back to Vdara and if I don’t hear from Mlife I will never visit or recommend another MGM property. I also I have pictures and videos of the disgustingness I saw behind a dresser when I went to retrieve my mask that fell behind it. That was the initial reason I was going to the front desk. But I got sidetracked when I had them pull up my bill. Behind the dresser was what appears to be a bloodstain spatter(I’m a 1st responder- so I know what it looks like), a sock, underwear, rubber band, hair, mask and other trash covered in dust. I know it hasn’t been cleaned back there in a very long time. Don’t stay in the hospitality suite!
Nice

It was very nice and clean and real close to everything on the strip. I booked and didn’t know there wasn’t a casino inside. Luckily we was by everything. Nice reminded me of a mini apartment. Nice getaway
