I call for water for my room at 873. They say we don't supply you unless you or buy your own suite water. We only get water to the people that says in the West wing .And when I called about my refund, the supervisor says she was gonna give me some money back from the resort fees that was not true. I did not get any extra money back just the $100 dollars I suppose to get back only. Do not trust them. They say they're gonna do something that is not true. They just tell you that to get you out of their face or get you off the phone. So do not believe them please people. Please do not believe them. They only cater to the people who are buying sweets from them. Do their time shares. Are something tragically happened to them as a guest?And then they would help you but other than that don't believe them. They don't have Shuttle buses to get to and from the Airport to THE resort hotel. They only cater to the people who are h spending $250000 to be a member or have a resort hotel. Suite that you visit and you'll be paying so I would never, ever. Recommend that hotel to anyone to spin a vacation with their friends and family.It's a waste of time and money. Everything that hotel is well over price. Water is $5 a bottle.That's ridiculously, high Sodas is $4.50 a bottle over price.

William was fantastic and suggested so many wonderful things to do. He was gracious and knew all the ways to get around Vegas! He was absolutely the best for suggesting all things wonderful! We had a fabulous time at the Westgate and will definitely return here again!

Bishop was absolutely amazing as I was trying to locate a microwave that I was told would be delivered but after 4 hours of waiting had to hunt down my microwave. He brought me right to the front of the front desk and made sure I was being helped and was just an absolutely amazing guy. Thank you Bishop from the belly of my full kids.

Jose (Mr. Westgate) was the greeter and he really made me feel at home. So far, Jose has been the best part of Westgate. The checkin was nice, and I spoke w Stephanie, Kearah, and Rayleen, and all were quick to help. I also spoke w Said and Taylor at the Bell Hope Checkin.

Good place to stay at! Have stayed here multiple times over the years and it’s good to see that they’re remodeling some of the rooms that are up to date! Door greeters make you feel like a million bucks when they open doors for you! Then at check in, as busy as it was on a Friday, they have people that help direct you to the next open person and provide water was you’re in line. Bishop was the gentleman that helped guide me, very professional gentleman with good humor!
