Beware of this hotel.

Vacationers BEWARE! We cancelled our reservation after five days, as we were not satisfied. There was no wifi even though we paid for it, and the resort was very noisy, with young families and loud music. The hotel agreed to provide a refund for the difference, and even signed a refund receipt stating amount to be refunded. We did everything by the book, and we were assured, even through the website, that the change was accepted and we would get our money back. Once we left the hotel, they didn't refund the $2,600.00. This is still in dispute, despite having written agreement. Please beware. Samantha in guest services lied, as did Martha the hotel manager.

Noisy and filthy hotel on a beautiful location.

The hotel is not well maintained and unclean. However, its most important downfall is the constant music in the beach area. I would not care if I were able to choose to be near the noise, but there is no option. The music starts in the morning and goes on until late at night. You can't be away from the music (reggaeton, most of it). This is not a place to spend a quiet vacation with family unless you enjoy not being able to hear your own voice because the music is so load. I was there with my extended family in Dec., 2021 (20 people) and we all regretted it.

Bad hotel in Manzanillo

Too noisy. Too disrespectful of sleeping time of people at night. Loud music to early morning. No betterment after many complaints. No respect at all for neighbourhood community and children needing to sleep.

The worst hotel in Mexico

This is the worst most backwards hotel. The heights of ignorance and lack of hospitality is beyond belief. Please go anywhere else. The food is horrible, the service is non-existent and even management is worthless. They don’t check you in until 3 pm, not a second earlier. We waited 30 minutes, first in line for keys and it still took an hour to get. No air conditioning throughout the hotel and it is hot. The bags that you leave with bell hop is unable to be found immediately. This place is seriously the worst experience I’ve had.

Don't Trust

It all started when we spent a whole day flying or in airports. We had reservations for everything (flight, shuttle and hotel...fully paid for). when we arrived about 10pm, we were tired and shocked to see we had no reservations that night. They informed us we had to pay for the night up front in order to stay there (305.00us).....we did and they let us have a room....so next day, all finally got figured out with the help of the shuttle driver, and I was to get refunded the money, per front desk evening supervisor. She promised with no results, even though I was told the money would be back in my account by the day before we left for home...over and over she said we would be paid, They don't even have the courtesy to call or email me with info or money. Dont trust this hotel.....I have been vacationing and traveling over 40+ years.........this is the worst, never ever go back , even if I won a free week there. I would have given a minus 2, but employees were very helpful, kept grounds and beach clean, food was good ............so there be it.........plan on another hotel, one with more better feed back.
