What I love about Conrad is that the team's staff, from the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping team, is super sweet. The rooms here are spacious. (You are in NYC) If you take a river view room, you can see the Hudson River and the night view of the high rises across the river. One of the reasons I chose to stay here is that all rooms are equipped with a water dispenser system. I can refill my water bottle before heading out to the city, and it is also environmentally friendly. The location is convenient if you are planning to see the Library of Status. Battery Park is close by, and the 911 Museum, World Trade Center, and Wall Street are all within walking distance. For the upper town area, there is a little bit of travel, but the Line 1 subway WTC and Chambers St stations are not far away.

Stayed here 2 nights and it was great experience. Service, room, food, all of it was excellent. The room was ultra ultra clean, I tore apart the bed and couch sofabed looking for bugs and dirt and as with many Hiltons, found these areas exceptionally clean. The sofabed was as comfortable as a real bed. The bar area was well stocked and hello Nespresso machine, love it and appreciate the extra coffee brought to our room. Bathrooms were immaculate. Bar/restaurant was outstanding - breakfast and drinks were the best versions of what we ordered. The two gentleman working the bar late at night were fantastic - one was a 20 year employee (wearing a 20 year pin) of Hiltons….he was fabulous. Will be back!

There are so many wonderful things I would like to say about the ENTIRE staff of this hotel. To start, the concierge was great. We came to the city for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. Michael arranged for Prosecco and flowers. When we arrived, the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was attentive and responsive. Finally, we had a medical emergency our last night and the security team (and housekeeping) were efficient and professional and kind. I don’t normally write reviews but the staff at this hotel were the best I have ever encountered (I travel regularly for work and stay at many hotels). They do their jobs well and seem happy and care for their guests. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Kenny, Darwin and Beth were absolutely amazing. Their service was top notch. We can’t wait to come back and stay here! Carlos was our server at the restaurant both nights we visited and he was just as amazing. We are bringing our adult children back next year and will definitely be staying here!!

This has been my fourth time here. I love this place. Rooms' furniture is high quality. Bathroom is well equipped and the shower is very comfortable. Room dimension is perfect and the building is charming and efficient. Location is wonderful and very convenient to visit lower Manhattan. If you like walking, you can reach a lot of interesting spots without taking cabs or transportation. The employees are very kind and professional. You can feel their willingness to give the guests the best possible experience. This will be again my place in NYC
