Check in was smooth and super easy. Staff was always nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!! Everything was really close by, we walked to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios and thoroughly enjoyed the FOTA at WDW! ??

We met extended family in Orlando and needed a room (or rooms) with enough space for us. And, when I called to make a reservation, Terri was honestly amazing. She knows the property inside and out - has been there since 1990! - and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us find exactly what we needed and gave us tips on how to work with Bonvoy to save additional money. I cannot day enough how much I enjoyed her help - and called back to ask for her when I had any questions. She truly is fantastic and I would recommend that anyone looking to make a reservation at the Swan/Dolphin should call and ask for her!

Beautiful looking hotel. Starting to show some age but still clean. The steakhouse in the dolphin is very good and the Italian restaurant in the swan is delicious. For the price and still be on Disney property this is a perfect choice.

Not the best stay. Hotel service was horrible when making a change in rooms. I made the grave mistake of asking to changes to my room while in the middle of the stay. Our original room overlooked an HVAC unit, so we asked for a better view on our last night at the property. The front desk said it wouldn't be a problem, just leave the bags in the old room and as soon as the new room was ready we would be contacted and the bags moved. We received a phone call that our new room was ready and to just pick up the keys at the desk. We make our way to the front desk an hour later only to be told the room was not ready and that we would have to wait. Finally they produced room keys, made our way to the room only to find housekeeping knocking as soon as we got into the room, she said she was sent to the room to see if it was ready... apparently they can't communicate among themselves to find out the room was already checked into?? Room was the smallest in the hotel and I guess that was retribution for asking to change rooms?? Bags were nowhere to be found, had to walk back down to front desk, spoke with Scott the MOD and he said sorry for the problems as it was a busy weekend in Orlando, when is NOT a bust weekend in Orlando?! He had noting to offer as help to make things right. As elite Bonvoy member you normally get better service and rooms than this. As an elite member of Marriott I would avoid this property if you want good service.

We booked several rooms to celebrate a milestone birthday with our grown children and their families. The Swan staff could not have been more helpful with the planning as I wanted to make sure our rooms were near each other. Even though the hotel was fully booked for a conference, the service everywhere from the doormen to the front desk to the cleaning staff was excellent. The concierge was always accessible and she was very knowledgeable, especially about how and when to get to Hollywood Studios for boarding passes to Rise of the Resistance. Our rooms were beautiful and immaculate. Highly recommend spending a little extra for the alcove room, which is very spacious and has lots of seating for hanging out with family. Loved the location as it was a 20-minute walk to HS, a 10-minute walk to Epcot, and a 2-minute walk to the Boardwalk. The water taxi to these parks runs frequently -- we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the boat. The hotel restaurants were excellent, but if you want to do the character breakfast book way ahead. We especially liked the super-friendly and efficient service at Java. One of my favorite things about the Swan is that it's not so spread out like the Disney-owned resorts; after a long day at the parks you don't have to walk a mile from the hotel entrance to your room -- at the Swan the elevators are in the lobby and it's not more than a short walk from the elevator to your room. Rooms at the Swan are also significantly cheaper than the neighboring Disney-owned resorts. We'll definitely be staying at the Swan on our next visit to WDW. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making it such a memorable birthday!!!
