    We booked this trip last minute because our original destination was being it by a hurricane. Glad we did! We stayed here once before and remembered how clean and relaxing it was. We booked a three night stay during this covid-19 time and it was a great time! No worries about anything. The employees took cleaning very seriously and it was noticed!

    Last year we joined a travel club called Apollo Adventures for a pretty good sum of money and not finding much on the internet about them accept a review here and there and we decided to proceed with the membership. This is our second family trip to Disney that Apollo booked for us and the second time we stayed at this Bonnet Creek Resort. We loved our 2 bedroom condo right on Disney property and we got it for only $625 for the week. The resort is amazing and so is Apollo Adventures Inc. They helped us plan everything from the theme park tickets to even where we were going to eat every night. Can't wait to go more place with this club and at these prices my family can afford to go twice as much.

    We haven't even been here a full 24 hours and our stay has been amazing due to the phenomenal staff. My family and I drove here from Michigan to buy a house in Kissimmee and unfortunately the closing was delayed so we had to stay in a hotel until we can close. We chose the Wyndham Grand since we had our 2 little dogs with us and they're a pet friendly resort. Our amazing service began when we pulled up and the bellman attendant helped us unload our "Beverly Hillbillies" looking vehicle. We had a ton of bags with the 4 of us and all our dog stuff. When I got to the check-in desk the gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. I explained we needed to extend our stay due to housing issues and he was eager to help and assist me in changing our reservations. He informed me that our dogs were not to be left alone to protect the other guests from their barking if we weren't in the room. I completely understood considering my yorkie will howl if left alone ? After checking into our room I decided to checkout the restaurant menus within the resort. Deep Blu had some amazing options so I asked my husband if he could grab my dinner from there before he took my two teen boys out to eat. We found out that they didn't do carry outs which was sad since I couldn't leave the room to eat there due to the dogs. I called room service and explained our situation. A few minutes later I received a phone call from their food and beverage manager (I think her name was Katie) who was so helpful. She allowed me to place a carry out order due to our odd circumstances. I literally cried after I hung up. I know that sounds so petty but after the housing nightmare we've been dealing with, this simple act of kindness meant the world to me. I could see why the restaurant wouldn't do carry outs. The food was as beautiful as it was delicious. I'm sure the plating is a key with their dishes. I enjoyed every bit of it and could only imagine how well it would have been plated. I ordered the beet salad, crab cake and carrots. All of which were amazing! We have 2 more days here and to be honest, I'm not too mad about it now

    Paid for upgraded room, major pool noise. Disappointed.

    We paid for an upgraded balcony lake view room. It was never told to us the “lake view” is also the “pool view”. We were only 6 floors up so the pool noise was horrible. I would much rather have the cheaper side because you could not even enjoy the balcony you paid extra for due to the noise/screams from the pool area. They also play music, which is fine... if you were not trying to go to sleep at night. Bathrooms are a shower only and the water took 10 plus minutes to warm up(literally). Pillows were extremely thick and hard. We called and asked for new pillows and a fan to help with the noise and were told they did not have any. We will not be back here. Very disappointed in this place.

    Worst customer service experience here at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Arrived with our 2 kids, excited to use the pool, only to be informed that the pools are closed due to capacity restrictions related to COVID. No advance email, website notice, or any other courtesy to let us know of this issue or the possibility of this issue. I checked the website thoroughly to make sure we could vacation as expected. Front desk offered no compensation at all for our disappointment (especially that of my children). If you are going to limit the use of our amenities, especially close them completely, you need to notify people who are thinking of booking at your property!
