    Beautiful and clean resort

    As soon as we arrived, I was impressed. We were greeted with sanitizer and were walked to the restroom to Wash our hands. We had a large group with kids so it was nice during check-in to be taken to an area to have a seat. They brought us Welcome drinks and they had the kids escorted to the restaurant, in sight, to order food. They had four restaurants open with different types of foods. In addition, they had room service which they do Add a surcharge for. We Upgraded to a Demi pool room which I am so glad I did. You can walk out the large glass doors right into your Demi pool and the poolside waiters would come all the way to us! We had the pleasure to have Lamberto provide us great service. He made sure our bellies were satisfied and our thirst quenched, as well as my kids. It was a short five minute walk to the beach which has a full on restaurant, pool, volleyball, and beach beds, as well as poolside waiters. You can rent a bike for free at concierge and take it down the bike path in the middle of the road. It’s paved today and surrounded by trees. The sunsets here are something else. That added to the beauty of this gorgeous resort. I highly recommend.

    I stayed here for 4 days. This place was great. I was supposed to get a 1 bedroom suite but they actually gave me a 2 bedroom 2 bath. It was like a really big apartment with an ocean view. Full kitchen included. There are other resorts in the area. Other than other resorts, there really wasn't anything within walking distance like shopping or restaurants (other than what's on property). Water filling stations all throughout the property. It was all inclusive, however certain items (food/ drinks/ room service) were an upcharge. The food and drinks were fantastic. The food presentation was on point. The servers were super nice and very attentive. Some of the best service I've ever received. Even the pool food was good. Ice cream man comes around at the pool which was a great touch. Some of the restaurants have a dress code however they were pretty lenient. All employees were wearing masks and ready to take your temp and give you hand sanitizer when you walk into a restaurant. The beach is within about a 4 minute walk. The employees will set you up with lounge chairs and towels. Food/ drink service is provided on the beach during certain hours. There's also a restaurant on the beach. We headed over to Emotions. It really wasn't worth it. Lots of kids. Watched 2 of the shows. They were mostly in Spanish. We got around by Taxi. The bellhops called a taxi anytime we needed one. The wait for a taxi was no longer than a few minutes. The taxi's were fairly clean, newer vehicles. There were a few things I wasn't a fan of although I would still return to this resort. Check-in was little bit of an ordeal. I couldn't just walk up to the counter and check-in. The employee assigned to check me in tried to sell me on attending a presentation. I had just got done flying and wanted to get to my room but had to sit through this nonsense. During check in, I basically had to scan QR codes and check in through my phone. For the most part, the restaurants didn't give you a menu, you had to scan the QR codes which I didn't like. I know it's probably more sanitary but I really didn't want to be attached to my phone on vacation. I went to the wine bar on property. The server stated they didn't have a wine menu. But I later found one online through the QR code. I went to the gym hoping to just stretch out. The employee stated you needed to make reservations. At the time there was no one in the gym, so I asked if I could just go in there and stretch but she told me I couldn't because I was in flip flops. Tennis shoes were required. That was a little annoying. I had an early excursion so I was hoping to get breakfast before I left. Room service didn't open until 6am so I was unable to get breakfast which was unfortunate. Breakfast service could have started a little earlier. I didn't get any spa treatments. They were fairly expensive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The property, ambience, and customer service was all on point. Although there were a few things that were frustrating, I would definitely stay here again.

    The server Octavio is the Best service we asked for him every time We come down to the pool He had Excellent service was so polite and called me an my wife by name every time he came down and when he seen me he already had prepared my drinks and seats for me an my beautiful wife I couldn’t have asked for more

    This resort was so beautiful! Super clean and everyone was so sweet/helpful. My favorite part was having breakfast at the Omaggio Restaurant. Samuel and Oscar were my servers for the 3 days. I started requesting them because they were so great. I will for sure be back. My experience at Puerto Vallarta was amazing because of this resort.

    Best vacation I've ever had! Edgar, Carlos, Diego, Francisco (Paco), and Jose were especially great and went above and beyond to make this a great experience. The room and pools were perfect and sparkling clean. Service was phenomenal.
