Had a great overall time. HUGE Shout out to Felix who was a waiter at the pool and was excellent, always made sure we had what we needed and would even come find us if we moved locations around the pool or in the water. Another MASSIVE shout out to Raymin (pictured) who was the bar tender and server at the Foam bar most of the time (a quiet bar and pool area separate from most of the action) Raymond was so friendly and polite and made the BEST drinks. He was able to make us pretty much anything we asked for even drinks other bars said they can only make on certain days, he made it happen! Loved you extra “vitamin” drinks and I hope you see this! Some of the other wait staff were not nearly as good as the two mentioned above and didn’t bring our drinks to us if we were in the water or only came by what felt like once and hour. Plenty of activities to do during the day to stay entertained. The entire E-team was great (Looki-Looki and Gasolina were awesome) Music can be quite loud at time for events though especially based on we’re your room is. Food was good, limited breakfast and lunch options. Plenty of options for dinner and excellent meals. It would be nice if some of the dinner restaurants were open for lunch. Definitely enjoyed the room service frequently! Room was clean and comfortable, taken great care of by house keeping. Great time and would probably come back if we come back to DR.

We paid for Xhale club and did not get Xhale service. Anyone could use the facilities as they were not checking at all-it was a waste of money. Food was not good at all, drinks were inconsistent and tasted pretty bad, and the service was full of attitude. We travel at least 3 times a year internationally and have been to DR a few times-we will never go back. I wish I could get my money back.

Clean and beautiful property , clean beach, great entertainment Lots of chairs. Good food. Overall, you will have a good time.

Rating should be 4 1/2. Upgraded to Exhale and on the fence as to whether this was worth the additional cost. On arrival whisked away in a golf cart for a too quick tour of resort and then taken to Exhale club to sign papers, no smoking in room, etc. Room was very noisy and difficult to hear information. Recommend they change this initial greeting to a more calm environment. Another issue was elevators only located at either end of the building so lots of walking and the many bridges to cross. Learnt how to avoid some of the walking. Loved, loved our room. Bed extremely comfortable and room nicely decorated. Separate door closing bedroom off to washroom, closet, etc. Very stylish and unique feature. Our room was kept spotless thanks to Carolina. Stayed in room 4308. Beach was beautiful. Section for snorkeling and swimming. Service was amazing. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet was full of choices as well as luncheon stations. No issue with food. Loved the Mexican restaurant. Great ambience at all restaurants. Many thanks to Willy our butler who checked in daily to make sure our needs were met. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

What the doctor ordered. My intention was rest and relaxation. I enjoyed the morning yoga class. Zumba and merengue classes. The instructor's were fun and engaging. I also enjoyed the gym. Food options were excellent, sofrito restaurant, coquette and spoon. The greeters and wait staff all excellent. Marisol kept my room clean and provided extra towels. I am looking forward to booking my daughter's wedding at this resort.
