Alexis and Jose on the entertainment side were fantastic. Engaging and making the guests laugh. Archery and aqua bike were the top 2 activities that we completed with them. Water aerobics was another great activity. Ziva and zilara cap cana is an amazing place To vacation.

The hotel itself is excellent, and the beach is also perfect. Some of the staff are very enthusiastic, while others are rather indifferent. The biggest downside for me is that most restaurants don't open until after 6 p.m., meaning breakfast and lunch options are limited. Additionally, the most disappointing aspect was that my friends and I contracted scabies during our stay, which has been a persistent issue since returning home. We complained to the staff on the day of check-out, and they said they would get back to us, but we haven't received any emails yet.

This place was amazing! Service was exceptional. Staff were friendly and always smiling. A beautiful and well-maintained property. Pools were fun. Fitness center was great. Would recommend class with Patrick. He was very motivating. Can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous resort - very well maintained. Our first time staying at a Hyatt and very impressed. Room was very spacious and clean and we were able to stay 5 in a room (2 adults and 3 kids). Cleaning staff was very good. Resort is a perfect size - everything is walkable and in close distance. Layout is great. Pools are gorgeous and very clean. Beach is beautiful. The Waterpark was a lot of fun and very very clean. We did the pictures and they were beautiful. Loved that they are no charge to do and you can buy them individually. Got a great family picture. We were impressed with the food. With the kids, the buffet was where we ate the majority of dinners and they had great selection. The only thing we found was the wait staff didn’t seem too happy. Service in the buffet was very hit or miss. Overall - very impressed with the resort and would love to return!

Fantastic all inclusive for families. Very engaging staff, tons of activities organized daily, clean and new, beautiful beaches and pools, good food. We had a master suite and stayed there with our two tween boys. There was plenty of space for all of us. Our butler, Hernandez, was such a gem. We would absolutely return.
