the hotel its so beautiful, thank you barcelo The staff is the friendliest and warmest I’ve ever encountered,they are all amazing. the staff and the services they provide. The Bed was huge and very comfortable and great air con. can't wait to go back!!

Lack of information from West Jet and they tried to move us to a different resort because they said they didn't have a room for us. Other than that, the food was good, pool was nice, and we had great entertainment from Mario the yoga instructor.

Mario is amazing! Ran us through a yoga session and focused on our needs during the session. Has amazing energy!! If you see Mario, whatever activity it is will be fun! Thank you Mario Downside of the resort, upon arrival (12am) we were told that we did not have a room at this resort and the front desk tried sending us all the way to the other side, a different resort. After some debate and showing them our booking they finally gave us a room.

First in time here in Mexico ! Loving it so far, Barcelo has been such an excellent option to stay in the Riviera. Love the comfy rooms and the beautiful sea. Staff are friendly house keeping is good Mario Jair Julio from the activities staff are great at the pool.

Love coming here. The water is perfect, the facilities are clean, and the rooms are beautiful. The water activities are fun and inclusive. The food at the buffet has been quality and everyone on staff has been amazing like our friend Julio who directed and participated in water volleyball. Will always recommend and come back to this resort
