Secrets Akumal, Riviera Maya, surpassed all expectations, emerging as the ultimate adults-only, all-inclusive haven for my wife and me. From exceptional cuisine that tantalized our taste buds to drinks that were simply divine, every culinary experience was unforgettable. The entertainment offerings were top-notch, ensuring endless fun and relaxation. Special thanks to Jesus at the swim-up bar, whose warm hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The entire staff deserves praise for their exceptional service and genuine kindness, making our time there truly remarkable.

I just got married at this resort last week. My wife and I had 70+ guests in attendance. A lot for a destination wedding. The resort and its staff were fantastic. Starting with our wedding planner Sarahi. What a pleasure to work with. Any questions or worries and she was very quick to respond. Helping make our special day happen. Our concierge Fernanda. Greeted us every morning with a smile, offering anything and everything to make our stay unforgettable. Rose petals in our room, a birthday sash on our door, and balloons with a dessert on my wife's birthday. Poolside service! My man Felipe was fantastic. Not only did he quickly get my name down and remember it, he also greeted us every day with a smile, always making sure our drinks were filled and our bellies full. Ehfren in the marketplace café, same deal. Always happy to see you, and always willing to be at service. We did 1 lil excursion at the resort. The turtles! Swimming with the turtles was awesome. Gabriel and Gina were excellent guides. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and also made the guests feel comfortable that were nervous. I could go on and on (which I did) but I would ?? come back here. Thank You Secrets Akumal for making our dream wedding and vacation one to remember.

WE prefer Secrets chain to others and visited Secrets The Vine, Secrets Puerto Vallarta, Secrets Maroma , Secrets Los Cabos. Our fourth visit to Secrets Acumal resort was to celebrate 40th wedding anniversary . We love this place and will be back again.The beach is one of the best in Mexico. Staff is incredible. EVERYONE is kind and polite. From the first minute to the last moment everything is enjoyable . Special gratitude to few persons we would like to mention: Miguel-Front desk manager. Always attentive and professional. Rafael - Bellboy Maria- Lobby ambassador ,the most beautiful and genuine girl that we have met. Alexandra- Concierge of building #8 Augustine and Alejandro - Beach concierges. All the beach waters are very hard working and amazing people Raul - Portofino waiter ,amazing guy with a beautiful sense of humour Artur - waiter from Bordeaux restaurant Edgar - Oceana waiter . Special THANK YOU to all Market Cafe chefs and personnel . the breakfast and lunch are the most delicious. We enjoy it every visit very much!!!!! Javier is our favourite there. All these people of the most beautiful resort are the reasons for our repetitive visits.
