Visited for my birthday and had a most enjoyable experience. The plus was being able to shuttle to the other sister hotels to use their facilities as well. The food was great, staff most pleasant, the grounds was scenic, the rooms and housekeeping was exceptional and my overall stay was fabulous. Would definitely visit again

My husband and I did an All- Inclusive stayed at the Bay Gardens Hotel we cant say enough about our stay. It was exceptional Firstly our ride with Mr. Vincent will always be memorable, we had such a meaningful conversation. Thanks to Nathaniel, Helena, Haley-Anna and Sanjay for the deposits they made along the way to make our week great and our stay comfortable. We are not foodies, but we enjoyed whatever was available, the drinks, cocktails and mocktails at the bar were loveky also. We loved our room, spacious with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and most importantly a King size bed. Everyday we had house-keeping and you could have your tea/milk/coffee re-stocked as well. We had hourly shuttle to the beach and other Sister Hotels. The only thing we did not appreciate were the cats, that were allowed in the dining area (we don't like cats ?? The depth of the pool was perfect for me. Loved the fact that if one pool was too crowded, you had two more to choose from.So much more could be said, my review would be too long would definitely recommend this Hotel and will definitely be back for another week.

Upon arrival, the people at the front desk could not have been any friendlier. Then when we were shown to our room, we were delighted to see we were given an upgrade to a beautiful room on the ground floor with a private patio feet from the pool and beautiful gardens.we had many meals at this hotel as the food and the service was excellent and super friendly. This hotel is conveniently located near Rodney Bay Marina and the Bay Gardens resort and spa. Guess staying at the hotel can use the resort and spa for free. This was a great stay with some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met and we will return here soon.

The room rate was good, the rooms were clean, the staff helpful and pleasant and the environment nice. There is a gym if you are the fitness type. Good location for business and pleasure. Stores are nearby for shopping enthusiasts.

Atmosphere was relaxing, staff was courteous & friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. My room was at the rear of the property & there was a swing on the way which I enjoyed. The bed was too low to the floor, the cord on the iron was too short & no adaptor for my curling irons.
