This is a very nice facility located not far from the Portland airport. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. We did not try the early evening food service (complementary), but the breakfast was very good. The only negative aspect is the $75 charge (for up to 3 nights) if you bring a pet, which is a deterrent if you're only staying for one night.

Spent 3 nights at the Hampton Inn. It is in a good location. Very near several restaurants. The breakfast provided was great. They even had gluten free bread and the attendant was aware of what hot foods were gluten free. Arnold was the restaurants attendant who assisted us all 3 mornings and he was wonderful. Arnold was very friendly and cheerful, he came and chatted with us every morning to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfy and the pillows were perfect. The hot tub on the top floor with a scenic was a nice end to the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay here, located right across from BC Place/Rogers arena. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Hotel was very quiet, and clean. The breakfast was hot and a great variety, Arnold was so friendly and helpful in the breakfast area. They even provided gluten free bread when requested. The fitness area had lots of equipment, table tennis, fooseball and a wonderful hot tub on the rooftop level. Great views.

If there was bacon and more breakfast options, this place would be very best hotel closest to Rogers arena. Great hot tub and fitness area with pong! Very convenient location and staff are nice. Parking is where they get you extra though. 4.5 of 5 stars.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The room was impeccably clean, and the rooftop whirlpool was absolutely amazing, offering breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. Contrary to some reviews, I found the security to be sufficient and never felt unsafe during my stay. Additionally, the front desk staff were helpful and had any essentials I had forgotten readily available. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. Firstly, the welcome I received at check-in was not up to par with my previous Hilton experiences. I was not warmly welcomed, nor was I asked about my Hilton rewards. Furthermore, the check-in process itself was somewhat lacking, as the agent simply asked me to sign a paper without explaining its contents. Additionally, the digital keycard system was unreliable, causing inconvenience when using the elevator, especially after multiple trips to the whirlpool. Lastly, despite completing a digital check-in, I still had to go through the traditional check-in process in person, which seemed counterintuitive.
