Truely amazing experience! Everyone we came in contact with Theresa and Jeaus as entertainment team, Belkis & Annaray from the swim up bar, Yasmilla from the Piano bar, Maira as our room attendant, Leo from guest services, our butler team Ernesto & William, Laura from sales and the grounds crew that would create works of art from the trees as well as offer coconuts as we passed by just to name a few of course. Everyone had big smiles on their faces and helped the best they could. The A-la cart restaurants were wonderful! My husband and I highly enjoyed the Japanese meal! Pools, buildings, beach and rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. There were shortages but that is out of their control. We just rolled with it. If they didn't have something we tried something new. Isn't that the reason we go on vacation to different places? We celebrated our 10 year anniversary with this trip and I can't say enough amazing things about this resort! Very comfortable. Very welcoming! We will be back in the future!!

My experience with this resort was good. The staff were warm welcoming and accommodating. As with much of Cuba the food was good not great.

The Royal Service area was fantastic, Joel & Migel our butlers were both brilliant, great food and cocktails, lovely pool area, all the staff were amazing from the room cleaner to the gardeners the areas were all kept spotless to a very high standard.

My husband made a good choice of selecting this resort for our long awaited vacation and celebration of my birthday. Staff very friendly and helpful. The manager Leo went all out to make this day so memorable and special.

Lovely clean and well maintained, friendly staff resort. We had problems with mosquitoes in our room the first night and were moved to a different room by next day. Yes there are some food shortages but they did the best with what they had. It’s repetitive but you will not go hungry. There are stir fries, grilled meats, pasta, soups and veg. If you need filet mignon or lobster then you stay home. We were there for the great weather and beach. The entertainment staff was great and always keeping guests engaged in activities. Shout out to Dariel, Carlos and Kevin. Overall we had a great stay!
