Customer Service is Top Notch

Front desk staff went out of their way at check in to help us. We arrived early, due to flight schedules, and the front desk were super helpful in getting us a room that was ready and letting us check in early. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The central location of this hotel makes it easy to get around and experience Victoria. There is underground parking and it is secure and easy to access. Overall, a good experience.

I and my family stayed at Hotel Grand Pacific for 3 nights and 4 days. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were accessible. The harbour view from the room was excellent and worth staying for.
