WestJet Rewards account deletion

To delete your WestJet Rewards Account, please complete the fields below. Your account will no longer be attributable to you.

Please note:

• WestJet points will be lost 
• WestJet RBC Mastercards will still function but will no longer accrue WestJet points or WestJet Rewards vouchers
• This action cannot be undone

If you would like only to deactivate your account, which provides the option to reactivate if needed (including your flight history), please submit a request with our Rewards support team.  

If you have existing WestJet points that you would like to transfer to another person’s account for a small fee, please contact us at: 1-888-937-8538 before requesting a deletion of your WestJet Rewards profile.
