Requests for missing rewards on Virgin-Atlantic marketed flights will be accepted up to six (6) months from the flight date. To submit a request, please complete the online form available when you sign in to your account.
WestJet Rewards members may redeem WestJet points on any flight offered by WestJet, including Virgin Atlantic code-share flights. To use WestJet points to book a flight to a destination served by Virgin Atlantic, book online or contact us.
