Beautiful resort. Rooms were great, service at restaurants and bars was good, Tony and Ximena were great on the bike tour. Great access to beach and pools, plenty of chairs available. Lougi at the front was very helpful and fun with the kids. Entertainment was great for our kids as well. Highly recommend!
The experience you NEVER want to have

The most racist and discriminatory moment. We came in as a family (with kids age 4-16 y.o.) to celebrate a birthday. We had a reservation in one of the restaurants inside the hotel and moments before the dinner and birthday celebration time, we found out that our reservation had been changed/cancelled to apparently accommodate some "VIPs". We were told it was done by the hotels managers, but no one has an explanation why. Horrible service. We are UVC Diamond members, but still received one of the worst treatment in our entire experience with UVC/Resorts.
