We were here for a wedding and had such a great time the whole entire trip. One of the most fun events was water polo in the pool with Anthony. He made it such an enjoyable experience for us all weekend. All of the events were so much fun and the hospitality was amazing.

Alejandro, Leon, and Edwin at Tides poolside grill were THE BEST and our FAVORITE PEOPLE here!! They are very friendly, gave great service and made us feel so comfortable right away. We had a great time and they played a big part in our experience at Dreams!

We stayed at the sister property (Secrets Playa Mujeres) but ate most of our meals next door at Dreams. Much better food at the French restaurant Lietoile and the Fusion. Both are run by two outstanding women. Adriana at Lietoile and her staff gave my wife and I one of the most special dinners we have ever experienced. The staff was top notch and the food was fantastic. The best part of the French restaurant at dreams is that it is adults only. Genoveva at the fusion restaurant also has a remarkable staff and we were served a meal like no other at an Asian fusion restaurant. These two are so good at what they do and it shows throughout your experience. We hope to get back there soon. Sorry for being late on this review but hope it helps others.

Marcos on the entertainment team is amazing! He was so fun, remembered everyone’s names, and kept us entertained all week! We had a blast— from paddle boarding, pool basketball, volleyball, fun games for the kids, anything you can think of!

The host throughout our stay were amazing. They showed great hospitality and were very friendly. Whenever we needed something they were always around to help with our needs. They all show great professionalism. Host: Fabiola Alejandro Leon Edwin Tides
