My husband and I attended a wedding at Grand Palladium, and we had a wonderful time! The resort is huge which meant we had to take a resort buggy or boat to get around. Access to the beach was about a 20-min walk from our building. In addition, because the resort was so big, we got to enjoy a few private spots like at the pool. Our welcome experience could have been better. After a long day of travelling, we were hoping to be warmly welcomed by staff. The check-in process itself is quick, but we had to wait a bit to be attended by staff. In addition, we weren't given welcome drinks which was a bummer. I felt the hospitality and warmth was lacking at the reception desk that day. The food is delicious!!! I loved the food at Isla Blanca. They have the best bacon, sausages, and grilled beef. As mentioned in some reviews, service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get very friendly servers, sometimes you don't. We also got to try Sumptuori (Japanese restaurant), which was also delicious. One thing we noticed is it's quite difficult to get reservations for the specialty restaurants, and you need to book a few days in advance which isn't ideal. Our room was very beautiful! We were lucky to have a wonderful L-shaped patio because we were at the end room. It was quite warm however, and I felt like the air conditioner wasn't strong enough for such a huge room. Lastly, the wedding itself was wonderful! The chapel was lovely (but got very warm in the afternoon), but the coordinators were amazing and full of energy the whole day. The food at Poseidon beach club that night was delicious and the reception hall was set up so beautifully. In spite of some areas of improvement, it was a very memorable stay for me and my family! Overall a wonderful experience!

We’ve had an amazing experience at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres. Their customer service is incredible, the respect, kindness and support. Especially David Gomez who is the duty manager he is truly kind hearted and down to earth. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a great holiday vide. The swimming pools are large and very nice. At night it's so beautiful with the lights. Beach is stunning, white sands and surrounded by nature. The staff went above and beyond to see to our needs met and ensure our holiday was a beautiful experience. The lovely Diana in The Nest and Fernando in Poseidón to name a few. Thank you.

Came here for my friend’s bachelorette and it was a 1000/10 experience we loved it so much. Everyone here is so nice and they even decorated our room for our friend with cute surprises. The bartenders (Rito? and Ivan) at the Gravity club was so funny and amazing, made our night so much better. And we especially loved Carlos at the family selection pool, he was so nice and caring and really made us happy. This resort is honestly the best and all we had was positive experiences we will never forget.

Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres a great choice to vacay and have a good time, we stayed at TRS but had dinner in two restaurants outside TRS at the Village. Sumptuori (Japanese and Sushi bar) and La Adelita (Mexican). First, Sumptuori we decided to do the sushi bar, Chef Jorge did an amazing job and surprised us with his own creations, we know him from previous visits and if you are a sushi lover this is the place to eat at the Village. Chef Jorge is a sushi creator and able to prepare sushi outside the menu, try it and you will not be disappointed. Second, we came to La Adelita and our server Samuel explained all the menu and his recommendations were a home run, definitely we’ll come back again in our next visit to Costa Mujeres next year.

My family and I stayed at this resort for a week (just returned home yesterday) and we wanted to share the AMAZING and WONDERFUL experience we had. We upgraded to the family selection, and were greeted with such kindness and professionalism by all of the employees that we felt so excited and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and the location was wonderful for a family with young kids like us (as there was a luxurious pool right outside, and close access to the beautiful beach). Our kids LOVED the wonderful ladies working at the Kids Club at the Nest, which also blew us away with the delicious food and very attentive and hospitable staff (Angel and his team, including Miguel, who were so friendly and wonderful). We also have to mention the butler Alan, who was so welcoming and positive. The rooms were constantly cleaned and towels replenished, and all the service was top notch. Also, the entertainment for the children (kids shows at 8:00 pm) was excellent, and the resort itself was impeccable. The resort grounds and pools (such as the Fizz pool) are stunning, and I could never get bored of walking around and taking it all in. Thank you to all the hard working people who truly make this resort a first-class experience. We have zero complaints and cannot wait to return with the rest of our extended family! Thank you!!
