Amazing staff, very attentive, always friendly, great service, especially Enrique at the pool bar. Our favourite was in the evening at the lounge bar Arely, Gerry and Raul. A massive thank you to you all for making our holiday so memorable.

I love this resort!! It’s smaller but easier to access all the amenities. The beach is AMAZING, the pool is always fun and the food was great! Everyone is friendly and the staff are amazing…. Especially Raul ??. I will definitely be coming back!

Omg this hotel was my favourite hotel I've ever stay in. Amazing staff especially the bar staff at the pool bar, I love them all. Such a whole load of choice of food and drinks to suit everybody needs. They have load of restaurant to choose from and also room service that free of charge. Each day they stock your fridge with drinks. All of the staff are lovely alway happy to help. I would 100% go back. Next time bring my kids along. The beach is right in your hotel so no need to travel. Never use the taxis as the buses are so much cheaper and they take you everywhere. Make sure you have transfer from air port to your hotel. As the taxi are rip off Thank you soooo much for amazing holiday. March 12th 2024 to march 19th 2024 London girls xxxx Big thanks to Miguel at the pool bar for alway having my drinks ready I will never for get you xxxx

It’s difficult to review this hotel, some things are very good about it, others not so. Starting with the good: the beach is a lovely location. There is a bit of seaweed, but it’s not too bad and is cleared daily. The sea is a little choppy, but if you walk to the right along the beach the sea is very calm at the end of the bay(it’s about a 15 minute walk all along the beach from Oleo). The speciality restaurants are very good, particularly the Asian one. The coffee shop is also very good and you can also pick up some nice snacks in there. There is also food served by the pool. It’s just basic burgers and tacos. But it’s not bad and just what you need poolside. If you enjoy a drink the cocktails aren’t bad and there is a good choice of branded spirits (I like rum and there were four or five options for me). The room is ok, a little tired. But clean, functional and comfortable. The less good points are the buffet and the evening entertainment. The buffet is very small and frequently there wasn’t a single thing we fancied to eat there. If it wasn’t for the speciality restaurants and the poolside food we would have gone hungry. The other major downside was the evening, there was very little going on and what there was was very poor. There is also a lack of decent places to sit at night. There is a tremendous view of the Caribbean from the hotel, but unfortunately nowhere to sit and take it in at night time. The bus connection into town is very good. Just stick your arm out by the side of the road(no need for a bus stop). Sometimes they stop, sometimes they don’t, depending how they feel! It’s just 12 pesos to travel the length of the hotel zone and they are very frequent. Not a bad hotel, but we have stayed in much better in Mexico.
