Amazing resort that goes above and beyond to assist you in having the best vacation ever. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to assist you with whatever you may need. I will definitely be returning to Secrets The Vine!

Beautiful hotel. Check in was very organized. Rooms were ready for us upon arrival. Hotel is very accessible and clean. Love the scent! Great service by Sergio at the Market Cafe for breakfast and lunch. Remembered our orders for drinks each time we came in after our first visit. Pool servers, Luis, Ibeth and Martha were very pleasant and asked us frequently if we required anything. Entertainment staff were very wonderful and engaging. Visited with us daily, inviting us to participate in activities at the pool and in the Piano Bar. They spent time talking with us and sharing information about themselves. The staff names are Angel, Andrew, Pedro, Diego, but all staff deserves credit for the excellent work they do.

Do not fall for the $200 scam the waiter at the restaurant tries to push on you. I ordered the Surf & Turf because the waiter said I had a $200.00 credit that I can use at the restaurant. So, I ordered and went on with my vacation. When it came time to check out I was told I had to pay $125 for my surf & turf meal. The $200 credit does not apply in the restaurants. No one would speak to me when I disputed paying for the $125.00. I had to pay it because the shuttle was waiting to take me back to the airport. This hotel is very shady and thirsty to make extra money. They pry on tourists ESPECIALLY AMERICANS!

It was good, but it needs some upgrades, caulking is bad in the bathrooms and the menus in the a al carte need some revisions. Food is salty, cafe is lovely, beautiful resort, beautiful desserts. gym is great.

Good, staff and resort was beautiful, chefs isidro , roger and Sergio with the entertainment made us a very nice lunch we made sushi and they cooked us salmon which was very good. The food has been amazing here. The bar and entertainment team were amazing and we will be returning
