Work Conference

My job utilized the Ramada for a conference and the staff were very friendly. Lunch and snacks and coffee were provided and I'm so thankful for Gary who made sure to have my lunches set to the side due to my dietary restrictions. I could definitely see us coming back for any future conferences! Thank you Gary!

My friend and I decided on this hotel because of the view and it didn’t disappoint. The customer service was great! Monica at the front desk went above and beyond to help us during check-in and any questions and concerns we had. I would definitely come back to this location. The ocean view rooms are amazing. It was nice to see the sunrise each morning.
Gorgeous View, Horrific Property

This hotel is located in a fantastic location amongst some beautiful properties, but look at the room rates. It isn't really a "hotel" per se. It is an extremely rundown property . There are more "residents" than guests. I'm not quite sure what the situation is. Smoke fills the terraces-often pot-people not wearing masks all over, windows that don't shut all the way and barely lock, peeling paint everywhere, hair on the towels, in the sink on the floor, sand in the bathtub. When taking a shower it felt like and SOUNDED like the floor was going to give way, dirty windows, stained furniture. This list could go on and on. That said, the front desk was kind, the woman and one man at the valet were really kind-although it took over 45 minutes to retrieve the car.....it looks like this property is "on its way out" or maybe its been sold and they aren't putting anything more into it? Something is seriously up because its almost comical. That said, if you want a room on the beach with a large balcony, $135 a night......so ignore the building and its "residences" and hit the pool and the beach.
Christmas, New Years, Trip...

Christmas, New year Vacation, great time, room as well. Had a Ocean front balcony room for 15 days. Valet parking 20$ a day additional, but cheaper then most. LL has a carry out pizza an other, really good food. Covid 19, clean room every 3 days and have to be out for 3 hours. We passed and just called to get towels and took our trash out our self. Had 8th floor, ice machine broke entire stay, also 10th floor was, so went to 6th floor for ice. Pool clises at sundown, same as with most hotels tho. Walmart is close, as is Duffys, and Publix. Great time we would stay again. Joyce an Dale
