Very disappointed, was looking for a Margaritaville quality hotel like I stayed at in Key West this was not even close. The bed was very hard and the room was just ok. The property reminded me of a old Days Inn. They charge a resort fee of $35 don't know what really for, they also charged a $22.58 service fee. I asked the girl at the front desk what it was and she just a service fee, no real answer..Just another way to cheat there costumer, Do know how Margaritaville puts there name on this place. But the staff was fantastic and very nice.

noisy rooms, either facing a main road or facing the beach, where heavy equipment starts making noise at 7:00am. breakfast available only outside by the pool. warm, humid, no ventilators. birds, flies, and chickens around. No means to keep the food warm, so you had to eat cold eggs and everything else. All that "pleasure" was more than $28 !!!!!! Not worth even half of it!

Went for our 25th wedding anniversary and had a great time. Got into our room right away after checking in. The people were beyond helpful with all staff being friendly and accommodating. Only true surprise is the $400 hold they put on your card at check-in to cover any room charges during your stay. You do get back what you don't use, but this was above the daily resort fee and threw us at first. Also got discounts on excursions that we booked through the hotel. Had great pizza that was a true barging, and some drink deals that were good too. Near great restaurants (coconut joe's and peppers) and there is a public transportation stop right out front.

We stayed here at the end of July, early August 2019. The resort is beautiful! To a person, every single staff member was helpful and friendly. We received a complimentary rum punch upon arrival while we waited to check in. Our room was pristine. Clean, charming, super quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable and air conditioning was great. Safe in the room was easy to use. We received an upgrade to a pool side room our second night! The drinks were delicious, the food was amazing. The pools were wonderful and the lagoon was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it.

Had the opportunity to stay this week at the resort and was impressed with the value of the price I paid. Food, service and accommodation was well done. Learned of recent renovations of guest rooms. Very nice
