Ligaya was so helpful and friendly! We have stayed here in the past and every time we visit, the level of customer service is always above and beyond! The location can’t be beat and it’s a nice place to stay. The memories made here last a lifetime! I highly recommend this hotel and make sure to ask for Ligaya! Her hospitality and kindness are truly genuine!

We arrived on a Friday evening and check in was super quick and they even let us in early. The lifts are strange as you use your wrist key to program to lift to your room. On opening the door to the room I was disappointed. It’s a very old look with ugly green carpets and stained wooden furniture. The bed was okay but standard hotel quality sheets. Being from England it would be better for hotels to have USB ports for charging phones but we made do with plug adapters. The shower room looked very old and looked a bit grimy. That being said it was a good size, shower pressure was good and plenty of towels. One thing to note BRING ANTIBACTERIAL HAND SOAP as they only provide bar soap. The biggest issue is probably the noise. Being super central it is very loud at all times. We were on the 5th floor and had the balcony door closed at all times as it was so loud. The walls are also way too thin and we could hear next door at times. We even heard some rather x rated noises from a room opposite the lifts as we were waiting to go down to the lobby one time. Check out was easy and convenient enough. Overall I think for $300+ a night I would expect much much more for what it was. If you’re flying from very far away (like London for me), this is not too far from the airport and won’t be terrible for a first few nights in Oahu. That being said if you’re staying for longer, save up and go somewhere else for more privacy and comfort.

My wife have been coming to the Outrigger in Waikiki Beach for my years. The staff was excellent… especially Sharon Mae Lampitoc who changed our room to accommodate our needs. Everyone who we connected with ie. Danny and Peter at the pool and our cleaning maid Xi Ping provided exceptional service.

Awesome place to go to. Back again with the family this year because that's how good this place is. The location, service, food, and beach on the doorstep are just a perfect resort! Close to everything so perfect spot! Highly recommend this place!
