Delta Marriott Kamloops to the rescue!

We had an absolutely great experience here this weekend! My husband & I were on our way to another property in the Okanagan to celebrate our anniversary when we received a call that our stay had to be cancelled due to covid precautions. Another speed bump in 2020! I called the Delta Marriott, explained our dilemma and was so happy with how it all worked out! All staff we dealt with were amazing! The very friendly young lady that I spoke to on the phone (& had a chance to share a laugh with at check in!), the gentleman who handled our check in, the restaurant staff (both in the wonderful restaurant and who brought us drink service at the hot tub area) and the housekeeping staff we interacted with during our stay were all so friendly and helpful! On top of that, they set us up with a wonderful surprise of a bottle of sparkling wine and a couple chocolates in our room to help celebrate our modified anniversary plans! The suite was beautiful with lots of room. Very bright, nicely finished and very quiet. Underground parking was secure. Overall, a fantastic stay. We will be back soon!

First time in Kamloops and would highly recommend this hotel. They’ve figured out how to give guests a great safe experience in covid times. Our room was beautiful with a view of the mountains, fresh & clean very modern room. Love the rooftop pool & hottub and appreciated that we could reserve our time in those facilities. Friendly staff lots of cleaning going on at all times. Great job!

Due to covid I didnt want to travel for my wife's birthday so I booked a room at the Delta. They had done a major renovation and it does not disappoint. The room was a nice as anything I have stayed in Vancouver. Comfortable bed, super clean, well appointed. Would stay again.
Fine sleep at a good price

Nicely renovated, clean and spacious. The rooms were well appointed, with all the right amenities. The wifi was strong and the beds were comfy. Beware that they will expect you to pay for parking, which seems odd in a place like Kamloops, where there is free street parking. It was the only hiccup in an otherwise comfortable stay.

This hotel was very nice even prior to renovation... but now it’s GREAT! Love the new lobby and the rooms are very well appointed. Staff is friendly and very “COVID aware”. Location is very central and parking convenient.
