This is not so much a review as a question? Since so many things have changed at the Nugget, was wondering when there will be a change in upper management?. You have fired all your long time dealers (bad move because dealers were a draw for us returning to see old friends), pushed smokers from staying in your hotel, stopped using hot water in ladies bathroom, stopped using blankets on beds, and I could continue but maybe Tillman needs to consider a change at the top!

We were charged $36 per day “resort fee”. This included a bottle of water each and wi -fi. It includes parking but we flew in and uber’ed. Tried to have house keeping clean our room, but you have to schedule it! Almost a job to get fresh towels. Place has gone down since our last stay a couple of years ago

This review is not of rooms but sanitation in public area

The GN has always been a favorite place in our hearts The rooms, The restaurants, My husband liked the gaming here Although we didn't stay here last trip, we did both eat and hang out a bit at the casino. The restaurant was a bust, but what we found almost worse was when we went to use and wash up in the public restroom I literally waited 3-4 minutes with ice cold water running, waiting for it to warm - Had to settled to wash with the cold. Totally disappointing in this Covid cautious day and age Made me wonder if they had any warm water to clean anything?? I told the husband when I came out. "zero hot /warm water" He tried the water in the men's the same result There are just too many people touching too many things in these public gaming areas not not supply hot water for sanitary hand washing

    Just ok....

Wow. Rooms definitely needs an update. Electronics are a joke (no USB port). Bought discounted room rate and the window view in our room was staring 3 feet into another building. You barely see daylight out the window. Wall control for heater doesn't work and the bed only has a sheet on it. No blankets or comforters. (WE FROZE). The seafood restaurant (The Chart ?) Was really great, good food and atmosphere. Would I stay here again???? Probably not.

    All About That Bass

We just got back last night from 4 nights in the Rush Tower, it was our first time on Fremont and we will definitely be back. The only reason for the 4 stars is we did receive an upgrade to the Rush Tower from our original reservation, which we were super excited about...until night time. Our room faced Circa/Fremont, and the bass/music was so loud until 2am every night. We bought some earplugs, and that fixed the issue. Not enough of a problem to prevent us from visiting again.
