    Booked this room because their website said the room had 2 rain shower heads in the shower. After checking in the suite had NO rain shower heads went to the check in desk and the manager on duty said they don’t have them in the shower and would do nothing.Offered one room that is not in the hotel

    Arrived by charter from Harrahs, service was great with sun country airlines. Transfer from airport to hotel was efficient and went smoothly. Hotel accommodations were fine. Some restaraunts on property were closed while I was there and river taxis were not running, so was limited in food choices.casino staff were friendly and attentive.

    Laughlin has really grown

    We haven't been to Laughlin for about 25 years so the town has really grown. We did a quick 24 hour turnaround to see friends that had flown in from Florida and were staying at Harrah's. We got a great room rate (make sure you know what the resort fee is) and all the staff wherever you were in the casino or up on the hotel floors were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is starting to show it's age but aren't we all. Our room was great and we think had been upgraded recently. However, the elevator showed the most sign of wear on the interior - the gold doors were and the elevator buttons looked as if someone had started to clean them and left lots of residue on them so it looked dinghy. The carpet on the 10th floor hallway had electrical tape holding the rug down in one area but that may have been a temporary fix until it could be resown at the seams. The Cafe food was really good and the wait staff service was excellent. The casino machines and other areas looked very up to date. There was a small food court in addition to the cafe and restaurants.

    The employees of Harrah's was very friendly and courteous room was clean no problems food was excellent. I like that you could go green and get $10 towards food credits from your room. Would love to go again thank you.

    Do not stay in the North Tower!! You will be disappointed. All elevatore were not in working order. The whole room just appeared to be dirty and very old. The carpet was stained. i saw wallpaper peeling down. The one window had cob webs and built up dirt around it. There was no refrigerator. There was no coffee maker. An electrical outlet in the bathroom was loose and could not hold the hair dryer plug when it was plugged in. This Casino needs to spend a lot of money in improvements.
