    I made Reservations in February for a March 2021 Visit. I booked the Balazzo because It looked better to me. I called several times one because the Confirmation they sent was all wrong and didn't reflect my free upgrade or the Luxury ' King ' Suit I booked. They sent me a new Confirmation but still it's wrong. Another time I called I was told " oh we may move you to the Venetian if Reservations don't pick up " Note I did not book the Venetian for a reason. On other calls by accident I was informed Las Vegas doesn't offer the Hotel Shuttle anymore ( blame it on Covid ), Restaurants only take Reserved Guest no walk in's, Everything is Closed but they still charge their $ 45.00 per night Hotel Charge. I hope the Palazzo Hotel is better and their Staff in better then then their Reservation Department. I still haven't ruled out moving my Reservation. I don't know weather to look forward to March or Dread the Trip.

    Our trip started as our reserved king suite was not available when we arrived. The hotel did eventually get us into the King Suite we reserved but not without a long wait. When we made it to the room it was very nice, with a great view. Unfortunately we had to call the front desk multiple times because the toilet would not flush. This was embarrassing and awkward. After the toilet issue things seemed to go well until we placed an order with room service. We were told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half for the food to be delivered. It was only a pizza and wings, nothing out of the ordinary. Two and a half hours later after my wife fell asleep. the food was delivered. The hotel did not charge us for the food, but again not the best.

    The hotel was extremely clean and organized, the staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms where supper comfortable And clean. They provided masks and sanitizer for costumers, the dinning experience was exquisite.

    i was so excited to stay here but so disappointed. we check in and our king room not available. they had to pout us in queen. all restaurants need reservations for all meals. so frustrating trying to find a place to eat. i asked if there was a fridge and they said yes but fail to say its already stock with their items and if moved you have to pay for it. no microwave, no coffee maker.

    Stayed over Valentine’s Day weekend and it was a wonderful experience. The room was great and very clean. The hospitality and customer service made us feel like VIP all thru the stay. Very admirable how the hotel really stuck to the Covid policies everywhere!
