    We were very satisfied with our recent stay. The staff was amazing and the experience was memorable. We will definitely continue to use this hotel in the future. Everything was top notch. Loved it and can't wait to return.

    Love the room, the view and the company. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and it was very quiet.I love the view from the balcony. Having mask in the room was a great touch. Thank you so much

    I have stayed previously at the MGM Signature in the past and I remember the last experience being more pleasant. It seems that due to the pandemic staffing is lacking. We were not given prior notice that valet would not be 24/7 and that on a Saturday evening you would have to self park. Self-parking would not be an issue, however, it is very far away from the Signature hotel rooms. The self parking lot is completely on the opposite side so you will have to walk through the entire casino, which is about a 20-minute plus walk. With regards to room cleanliness, in the bathroom we found a false eyelash next to the shower and a fake rose petal from the previous guests inside of the closet. These aren't major things to find in a room but it makes it seem like cleaning is not as deep as it should be during a pandemic. Lastly, we had to wait a very long time to get our luggage downstairs upon leaving. Again I'm assuming that this was due to limited staffing and that it explains why the room was more affordable than usual.

    Rough toilet paper. There was an overflowing garbage can near the elevator when we arrived that was still there when we checked out. We were unable to get dining reservations and had to eat at the food court. The towels were too few for two people to have two showers. It was supposed to be adult only but there were children. Worst of all: The smell from people smoking pot was coming into our room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.

    Although there was limited services (disappointed there was no room service & pool closed), we enjoyed our stay. It was difficult to get meal reservations due to Covid restrictions. We’ll go back again when it’s in full service operations.
