Stayed two days, planned to stay 4, but no pool. The Cromwell has a complex relationship with Dais who leases the pool. They charge $100 per cabana, so this is a rip off if you want to swim for an hour and not party all night. There are other pool options, but the front desk people either do not know or aren’t inclined to explain the pool situation, which I noted is complex. This is a boutique without the boutique. Rooms are dark, beds have seen better days, no small niceties like Kleenex, coffee maker. Noisy, but Las Vegas is a party town. Valet was good, professional. They were not clear about self parking when valet closed. Again, front desk isn’t very helpful. I liked the wood floor. They were sympathetic about the pool and refunded our canceled days when we moved to Wynn so we had access to a pool. I would rate decor below Nobu or Nomad both boutique hotels where we’ve stayed. Certainly below Waldorf and Wynn properties. The location is good. Excellent match for a twenty something partier who gets too hung over to care about small details.

I can't say enough about this terrible sad small hotel, the rooms are dark and the decor is tacky at best. The concierge service was non existence.. no pool no shuttle service no entertainment. Drai's is not an option unless you have a couple thousand dollars to blow with a $150 cover charge, bottle service starting at $600. Everything about looks old and moldy. The outdoor elevator smelled of urine. I was give a complimentary drink voucher, however it only covered the cost of a beer, which I do not drink. Please don't waste your time or your money.

Prime location and being adults only is a huge plus, otherwise this hotel needs some TLC. Rooms are very dark, small, and not the cleanest. Doors slamming loudly all night long and I got stuck in the elevator. From what I understand the elevators here get stuck frequently and being trapped in an elevator is a huge fear of mine. To say I was upset was an understatement but I got over it. Pretty casino and smells nice. Nice staff. Probably wouldn't stay here again. I imagine once the rooftop nightclub is open sleep would be impossible.

I stayed at the Cromwell for 3 nights, midweek, in mid April. Never again. I picked the Cromwell because of the pool as well as the location and its manageable size. The pool? forget about it midweek. When I tried to check it out I was told "its a leased property". I asked what they meant and was told to go to the Flamingo nearby. However, the Flamingo pool was mobbed with a long line for security. Following a long and intrusive backpack search (this was for a pool, not a flight) Security found a vape pen, legal in Nevada and to people with a medical card. I was told to return to the Cromwell. I did, to my dark room, with no view and two utterly useless lamps. I e-mailed and called the "host on duty" with no response whatsoever. I tried to complain. Midweek, nobody was around. BTW - The shower? well the burns were not severe and I was able to shut off the water before a flood. I cut my stay short and went Downtown.

The room is well designed for the size and functional. Women will love the vanity mirror and table setup for applying makeup, getting ready, etc. It's an unusual but thoughtful feature. The beds are very cozy! This location is convenient for accessing things around the Linq, Caesars, Bellagio, Paris, Flamingo, and Bally's.
