This resort is on the pricey side, but well worth the money. It is beautifully designed around several pools. The on-site restaurant is excellent. Very family friendly. The staff is extremely helpful and considerate.

WOW, best place ever! If you only go once stay here!

WOW!, This place seems almost like a hidden paradise just getting there. We had a three bedroom condo, which was beyond amazing. The elevator actually had our room number on it, and stopped at our door! African Mahogany doors and furniture, SubZero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher both covered in Mahogany. The views were unbelievable, staff went out of the way to make sure we were happy and taken care of. The Infinity edge pool with waterfalling into a much larger pool with large waterfalls, slides and tunnels that went on forever was amazing. The grounds were so well kept, and had plants so beautiful they didn't seem real. If you ever go to Kauai, stay here!

Recently my wife, youngest son and family, and oldest daughter and family spent one of the greatest weeks of our life at the Koloa Landing resort. We had a wonderful 3 bedroom suite. The facilities and staff were great. The resort itself is a beautifully design and wonderfully relaxing place. If you only go to one resort in your lifetime it should be Koloa Landing. The beauty of the resort can only be described as paradise. Food, beaches, and local surroundings were great. Hope to return in the near future.

On our very first visit to Hawaii, the Koloa Landing Resort in Poipu had the difficult job of giving the island’s first impression to us newbies- and boy, did they exceed expectations. This property is fantastic- priced well. It isn’t a Ritz Carlton, so don’t expect that- but this place is meticulously maintained and well managed. Pros: These are some of the best resort pools I’ve ever seen. Multiple pools, waterfalls, lounge chairs galore (always able to find a convenient spot) and best of all- not crowded. Even though the resort seemed pretty full overall, the feeling we had was relaxed, never crowded. Customer service here is premium- very good attention for all of our questions. Texting feature was spot on for us. Location- for the south of the island, there are many things to do and see- this resort was perfectly situated. The beach is not one for swimming- for us anyway- as the undertow and tide pools were very swift and rocky. but there was fantastic exploring among the pools and rocks. The room (1-306), a 2 BR suite was perfect for us. The AC was great, the washer/dryer was great, the kitchen was great. The beds were a bit firm for my taste but they were fine. I slept well. Cons: Not anything serious- but a couple of things stood out. 1- Our door lock batteries went out- it took an hour to replace them with multiple trips from the engineer. The staff are kind but not rushed- no pressing energy to hurry- 2- Room was not cleaned when we were scheduled. On the plus side, as soon as I notified via text, we had a housekeeper arrive within 5 minutes. We loved everything- wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we come back to this side of the island.
