Perfect

So glad we splurged and stayed here. Worth every penny. The room was great, the pool was amazing. We loved the grill and the marketplace. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Quick walk to Poipu, which ended up being our favorite beach.

A wonderful family resort

Deborah C on Apr 20, 2024

The room had great amenities, including a washer and dryer. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you like children, who command the pool. I didn’t like being right across from the restaurant, which created noise from delivery trucks. The bed was comfortable. The food was good at the restaurant although service was a bit slow.

Wonderful experience

This resort is one of the nicest I’ve ever been to. The staff are kind and welcoming. Location is perfect…room was lovely, pool is amazing. During our trip the housekeeping was top notch. It’s been a long time since we’ve had such good housekeeping. The grounds are stunning…we enjoyed walking around and seeing all the beautiful landscaping. A lot of thought went into the grounds and its overall design. A quick walk to the beach for nightly sunset viewing made for a nice end to each day. Can’t rave enough about this place

Awesome time at Koloa Landing!

This is a great resort for families. It has a number of great pools to keep the kids busy for hours. Close to some good shops and restaurants, some within walking distance. Also close to a number of great beaches. We will definitely be back sometime in the future.

No direct beach access; Large resort with pool for kids

We stayed for one week - building 8, in a small studio. The room was very comfortable, however I struggle with the price point and value for money. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work; our balcony view of the water was obstructed by an unkept private home with multiple cars/boats and an overgrown field. The elevator didn’t work one day, with no signs to notify guests, which meant standing on 1 waiting for an elevator that would never come. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room; didn’t love hand washing so many dishes/pans in such a small space with no drying rack or dishwasher. Activities were highly advertised, however we were unable to register for anything beyond S’mores. Classes weren’t initially on the schedule when we signed up weeks in advance, and then I guess when classes were added, no notification was sent so everything was full by the time we arrived. I still don’t know how to hula, play the ukulele, or make a lai. We didn’t use the main pool - it was always full of kids (which is great if you had kids!), however we had to walk over there each day to get towels and the pool bracelets for the week. It would have been nice if more amenities were near the other pools. Also not great is having those under 18 use the Tranquility Pool, which is meant for 18+. Appreciated the hose so we could clean all the “Kauai Dirt” off our rental car before we returned it!
