This is a great hotel for a Universal vacation! The employees were all fantastic. In my 16 years as platinum or higher, Jerry at the front desk was one of the best I’ve ever had. The M Club staff was also fantastic. Maria, Sandra & Angie were great to my family! I’d love to come back.

I ate in the club and was greeted by the most amazing staff. Helen, Angie and Albino kudos.The food was amazing. Thank you for making my stay pleasurable. Angie and Helen consistently walked around the area engaging with guest and anticipating their needs. When I mentioned a food irritant they were able to accommodate almost immediately. Thank you team!

A wonderful experience all around. While the hotel is an older property, it is conviently located to Universal Studios and downtown Hollywood. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT! Every meal was very good and the service is top-notch. On our final morning, DJ, Maria, and Albino were particularly wonderful hosts at the status lounge!

Nice variety of food and drinks for breakfast that accommodated the whole family. Consistent quality. Tables were cleared and cleaned promptly. There are some games available to play as well. Club lounge staff were awesome! So friendly and attentive. Thank you Maria, DJ, and Albino!

The Club Lounge at this property is large, well stocked, with a hearty nightly appetizer reception and hot breakfast. You can buy beer and wine for a small fee. Different from many other lounges, you have to check-in with an attendant before entering. While all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, the breakfast team in particular-DJ, Maria, and Albino-were wonderful. DJ remembered our room number at check-in and my son thought that was very cool! I also saw many happy interactions and conversations between the team and other guests.
