Martin in the pool area was the absolute best. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything that we needed. We always made sure we were in his section. Ge definitely went the extra mile on our service

Manny was wonderful. His hospitally and entertainment kept us coming for more. Manny should get rewarded for his great customer service. If I had my own company, I would hire him myself. He was available every time we neededhim. Thank you Manny.

The entertainment with Manny was amazing. He made the experience totally enjoyable. Manny should be rewarded rewarded for his hard work and good customer service. If were doing the hiring I would strive to vet more employees like Manny. Greatly appreciated his service.

The entertainment by Manny was so much fun. He indulged the group by taking many pictures of us. He was so nice and patient. Manny should be rewarded for his hard work and good customer service. We looked for him everyday at the pool and he wore our color on our last day.

What can I say. We had the best time be entertained by Manny. He has the perfect personality for the job. Love him! He even found us the next day and made sure we were enjoying our stay. He even allowed us to take a picture with him. Kudos to Manny and Pacifica!
