Excellent service

Nazar T on Apr 11, 2024

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding efforts for Katia Martinez and her team to put into organizing the surprise "Happy Birthday" arrangements for my brother-in-law 75th birthday. The work she did was truly exceptional! It exceeded all our expectations and will be etched in his and our memories forever. Thank you immensely from myself, my wife and the entire family. That a service I would call the extra mile! Nazar Tawfek

Just say “NO!”.

sheilaqqqqqqq (Los Angeles, California) on Apr 08, 2024

Bad, bad food. Cut rate everything. Plastic forks only delivered with room service dinner that included SOUP. AND, it’s not like it’s a super cheap place. Pool was cold. Rooms so poorly insulated, they are noisy ALL NIGHT. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed. At half the price, this place would still not be worth your time. Pick a different hotel, hotel group, maybe a different city?

Lovely location, nice staff, regretted the all-inclusive food option

Alaina L on Apr 06, 2024

We loved our stay here during the eclipse. They planned special events and the staff was very kind. We didn’t feel like it was too packed and we had an overall nice time being here for a week while we waited for the eclipse. We had purchased the all-inclusive food option and the food was decent, but we regretted that decision wishing we had kept our options open to purchase food elsewhere. We los had to make dinner reservations more than 24 hrs in advance and we would have preferred to eat at more spontaneous times.

Extra fee at check in

M1227YIpetem on Apr 06, 2024

We were charged an additional $15 per day at check in for "being at the hotel". Having prepaid the entire stay months in advance, this was not expected. The person took 20 min just to find out reservation, even when we presented the printed copy. They had to take our copy for themselves

Hard to get around, noisy, nice views and staff

Karen B (New York City, New York) on Apr 06, 2024

Meh. I am here for the eclipse. Hotel staff are very nice but stay has been frustrating. I use a wheelchair and ramps are dangerously steep and often quite out of the way or hidden. In main buffet restaurant wheelchair door only opens from inside so you have to go way around to front and request someone open it then go all the way back. In the main reservation restaurant only access is through the kitchen. Hotel has a weird pricing policy. They do not ask for a credit card for room charges up front but instead keep sending you to the front desk to pay for each thing like laundry or tips separately. And it is NOISY!! Loud Dj’s at pools sound like they are shouting in your room. Loud music is piped into the halls. There is no escape until about 1am. Sunsets and ocean views are lovely.. Food is perfectly good. Pool chairs are packed shoulder to shoulder with no umbrellas, shade or side tables. Entrance to hotel is steep and wheelchair ramp is far away and equally steep and scary.
