    A Fairy Tale Vacation

    What makes my vacation seems like a fairy tale even though it was real? In a nut shell; the exceptionally warm greetings from all the staff; customer service, concierge, house keepers, the ground keepers/gardeners, the entertainers, and our amazing butlers. Oh yes, our butlers were amazing! The food was great!! It was not salty or over done. Access to explore and utilize the amenities of Secrets Resorts especially the Blue Mountain Restaurant. The food and staff were great. Party night at Hard Rock Cafe was popping. Dining at nights on the roof at Breathless feels like a fabulous dream that you do not want to be awaken from. The panoramic view from our balcony is one to die for. Listening to only the gush of the sea water as it splashes on the golden sand on a quiet and peaceful early morning stroll on the beach. Lastly, but not the least... the rooms. Very relaxing, intimate, cozy and inviting with different shades of lighting setting according to the mood. That's giving it in a nut shell.

    Breathless was Breathtaking

    My awe-inspiring experience at the Breathless Montego Bay was all in part of the excellent care received by both Krishna & Chase. The moment I walked through the doors they were attentive and all my needs were taken care of. I employ all who can splurge and upgrade to butler service to do do so. Im sure that all the other butlers are good but these two guys are great. (Request them). I was with several people whom didn't even have the service but they were attentive them as well. I can go on an on about those two guys. I will definitely be returning to this beautiful property and my two new friends.

    Our time spend at this resort was wonderful and pleasurable. Although there was to many names to remember. The staff we interacted with satisfied all our needs. We are looking forward to our return. -The Reids

    This was my 3rd time in Jamaica by far this was the best resort I have stayed in. The grounds was beautiful & clean.. The BEST PART WAS MY BUTLER CHASE & KRISHNA.. They made me and cousin feel very welcome.. It was also my sister 25th wedding Anniversary and they didn't have a butler service and they treated them with respect.. The food was Great.. I would recommend this resort..I do plan on returning one day.. My best friend had the master swim up room. Next time I want that room.. This resort gets 5 STARS IN MY BOOK.. Thanks again Chase and KRISHNA for the experience much love.. DH

    Krishna & Chase Our Butlers

    The hotel was beautiful and the service excellent. But the stand outs for me were the two gentlemen assigned as our butlers,Krishna and Chase.We had no idea that we would receive this additional service until we checked in. Krishna and Chase absolutely catered to the needs of those of us they were assigned to, but others within our group as well. Efficient,knowledgble and always ready with options when something was not available by hotel protocol or offering. Our initial orientation to the service was made fun by Krishna's sense of humor. My cousin and I did not want to call for everything, abusing or overusing the service,but often Krishna and Chase, were there just checking in on us, for whatever we needed or wanted even without a call. Helping plan excursions, pool and beach set ups, answering every and all questions. Literally whatever we needed. All while being patient, polite and extremely professional. BEST REPRESENTATION OF YOUR HOTEL ARE THESE TWO YOUNG MEN. They are one hundred percent the reason we'd return and that I have recommend Breathless in Montego Bay.
