Sweet Deal

Very nice and relaxing. We could use our room key in exchange for a wristband at Atlantis. Hubby and I enjoyed the tubing around the facility and then teenagers enjoyed the more adventuresome rides Fun Time
Short stay

Stayed for 3 nights. Good bed, nice and clean. Our room had no view but was close to the exit to atlantis and breakfast. The breakfast wasn't bad. Pretty basic. The bonus was being able to access Atlantis being included in the price. I booked in advance through Booking.com and got an excellent deal.
Seamless access to Atlantis Waterpark, Beach, Pools

Three nights here, very good value. Service was pleasant, breakfast was good. Property is well-managed and well-maintained. It truly is just a 5-10 minute walk over to Atlantis for access to everything over there, and the process of getting a wristband to use all over Atlantis was straightforward and easy. Rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Elevator was broken during our stay, so if any persons in your party have mobility issues call ahead and check that the repair is complete (my sense was that it had been broken for a while and would be fixed island-style manana). We were on the second floor, stairs were not a problem. Also, the walk to Atlantis involves stairs here and there, so if anybody has mobility issues you will be happier paying the extra money to stay at Atlantis. There is a small market and a nice family-style restaurant right across the street, so don't bother renting a car. We booked directly with choicehotels.com for about $140/night, and this hotel with Atlantis priviledges is a BARGAIN at that rate. Tried to extend the stay one night and the rate was $275 at that time. So, be aware of wildly fluctuating prices, because if Atlantis is your goal, when prices are high at Comfort Suites, it might be easier and similar bucks to stay at Atlantis.
Great alternate to Atlantis

Comfort Suites is just as good if not better than staying at Atlantis. With Atlantis privileges (pool, charging to your room, water park, gym(extra fee)) and convenient location I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Free breakfast is great and the staff go above and beyond. The pool bartender Jamaal made it a party. The pool bar also offers happy hour and free rum punch. Our rooms were clean and spacious. It is nice to have a mini fridge. Views from the room are lacking but with so much to do you are not in your room much. When the power went out on all of New Providence, the back up generator at the Comfort Suites kicked in immediately - while Atlantis was dark and didn’t have working plumbing for 2-4 hours. You will not regret staying here over Atlantis! I just wish they had a hot tub.
Not Comforting AT ALL!!! Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Friday 29th November 2019 at about 8:20am I immediately reported to the front desk that I was injured in the bathroom when I slipped while exiting the bath tub. This occured when I held on to the towel rack which broke causing me to fall resulting in pain and injuries. The security officer who gave her name as Sherveese Lightbourne came and took photos of the area. I also pointed out to her millipedes that were on the bed which tormented me all night. Soon after the risk manager Felicanna Williams visited me at the room and I expressed to her that I was in a lot of pain and I'll be seeking medical assistance. I arrived to the hospital sometime around 9:45am on the aforementioned date, after six hours of many testing and administration of pain meds finally the pain was somewhat bearable. I left with many medications and a cast on my right leg While at the hospital I was told by the security officer Lightbourne to return to hotel for further assistance. To my surprise when I returned I was only asked to sign a statement of the reported incident and told by the risk manager that because the incident happened in my room and I was wet they are not responsible for anything. I was taken aback and ultimately extremely disappointed. I want to warn all persons around the world that Comfort Suites is not comforting AT ALL! The hotel neglected its duty to provide a SAFE environment. Hotels have an affirmative duty to make the premises reasonably safe for their guests. This was my 2nd night in that room. I was never made aware of the faulty apparatus by the room attendant or any hotel employee. I am unable to work for ten days who knows how much more..... PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!
