All I can say is I’ll be staying here again. It really does matter when there is good customer service. The staff here were so helpful in accommodating me with my last minute changes and it felt good to encounter friendly people that really tried to help so I could enjoy my short stay to visit Disneyland. The room I had was comfortable, clean and stocked with coffee, a microwave and refrigerator, which was great because I was tired to walk down to get dinner from walking all day at the park. The convenience of warming up my left overs from the park was a plus.

Great experience from the moment you check in til when you check out. Pleasant comfortable rooms and great pool area. Five minute walk to the Parks. Have stayed here numerous times and will return again. Amazing check in staff. Definitely my happy place!!!

We stay here every time we go to Disneyland. It's across the street, it's clean, it's safe and reasonably priced. The beds are comfy, it's quiet and family friendly. The property layout is like a rectangular fortress with a pool in the middle. Gives a good neighborhood watch feeling and boxes out the world around. You can see the Disney firework shows and the pool and hot tub are fun.

We had a family memorial service for a loved one out here, and we stayed at the Grand Legacy. Moises took good care of our family at check in and was a kind and generous person to interact with. He went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome! We also had great care from the maintenance staff when some concerns arose in the room. They were very kind and responsive to our needs. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and they go out of their way to make your stay special. I appreciate that, and it’s why we have returned so many times. Plus, the walk to Disney is less than 10minutes which is perfect for those long Disney days! :)

It was an Easy check in and Serena was very pleasant! We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. Loved the rooftop bar and patio and we loved watching the fireworks from the park. Enjoyed our stay and was so nice being close to the park! We would definitely stay here again!
