Disney's All-Star Music Resort

Stayed here for 9 days. Very happy. Food was delicious. Lots of buses to provide transportation to all the different parks. Easy check in and out. Rooms were clean and tidy. Plenty of outlets everywhere to plug in scooters.

We absolutely love this hotel! We stayed for our honeymoon and had the most magical time. The check in lady who I think was from Australia (so sorry if I’m mistaken) was so nice and so efficient! She even gave us honeymoon buttons. The manager wrote to us and gave us chocolates for our honeymoon which was such a nice gesture. We even got complimentary cupcakes from the food court! The cast members always made the effort to say hi and talk to my 2yr old son (he loves the cast members!) Facilities were clean and always available and the room was spotless. All in all a fantastic vacation and we can’t wait to return! Thank you All Star Music!!

This was our first time to Disney and I was a little apprehensive about this resort due to some of the reviews we had seen, all that worry went out of the window as soon as we arrived. Brilliant cast members from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. The rooms were dated (now being refurbished) but spotlessly clean. All the cast members that we came into contact with around the resort were fantastic, The food court was brilliant, we were just expecting burgers and hot dogs but there was so much more. The transportation system from the resort to the various parks was amazing, we didn't have to wait long for a bus at any time, the only time the wait times increased was at peak times but even then the longest we waited was 20 minuets.

This was my first time staying on Disney property and it eas an absolute joy. The room is cozy and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the resort is small itself but large once you start exploring the grounds. The gift store has a variety of items and merchandise, the pools are very nice and heated, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the food in the cafeteria is a bit pricey and the alcohol is expensive. I would stay here again!

The facilities of this hotel make your stay great, even if you only go to sleep. !!! This hotel has quite comfortable rooms, with all the basics and helps you have a restful sleep after a hectic day in the parks of Disney World. The staff do their best to be diligent and agile at check-in, we had a drawback that the rooms were not ready when we arrived and we had to wait until approximately 5.00pm. The rooms have two king beds, which are comfortable, the bathroom is equipped with everything you need. Something that I loved was the soaps and shampoo, WOW, they smell delicious and they really help you relax after having a great day in the parks. I stayed in the Rock N 'Roll building, the pools are super cool and allow you to relax. The food court has what it takes to avoid hunger, a McDonalds is nearby, remember that everything is expensive at Disney hahahahahaha. A great experience, I hope to return soon !!!
