Amazing resort. We travel a lot, and this resort is hands down the best resort we have stayed at. Rooms are clean and spacious. Property is well kept. All staff we have encountered have been friendly. We are here now and already planning our return trip.

The hotel was magnificent. Besides the crazy expensive bar drinks, food and the ridiculous prices at their store it was very inviting. The property was maintained well and we enjoyed our time at the pools and walking the hiking trail. The room was clean, only wished it had a better shower head in the bath. It was very weak.

The best part of our visit to this hotel was everything about it. Every Single thing at Rosen Shingle was outstanding. From checking in to checking out. From the service at the front desk to the restaurants. The amenities were amazing and can’t wait to go back.

What a RESORT!! I have stayed in dozens of places in the Orlando area and I have never had a luxury experience like Rosen Shingle Creek before. It is a true gem. Close to the parks and airport, but removed enough to truly relax and not have to worry about traffic. Lots to do for people of all ages. The food choices were phenomenal and the hours of operation were an added bonus. I was truly blown away by this resort. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Shingle Creek is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. This is a world class resort. Every inch of this hotel is manicured. The lobby, pools, golf course and grounds look amazing. The customer service is impeccable, check-in was easy and employee we encountered was friendly. Our room had great views of Universal's lit up ferris wheel at night. The beds were so comfortable and you did not hear any noise from the hall or upstairs. We were offered the Concierge room on the 14th floor. This has complimentary continental breakfast with gorgeous views to enjoy while you drink coffee. The restaurant, Cala Bella had great views of the pool with a delicious Lasagna Bolognese, make sure you go hungry it is a large portion. A Land Remembered has views of the golf course with fantastic service. I recommend the Chilean sea bass. The drinks and food at the pool bar were delicious too, not just burger type options. We ordered the Chimichurri Steak Sandwich and fish tacos, messy but definitely recommend.
