    My family and I love this resort! It’s so much to do on the property. It was a very convenient location to the amusement park and restaurants. Parking was free and that is a SUPER plus in my books/packets. We had an amazing time even though we were dealing with the COVID situation. The villa was extremely clean and beautiful; please the service amazing! We had a blast!

    Will be returning!

    We just returned from 5 days here. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly! COVID caused some restrictions (no restaurants/bars on site are open), but we still had a great time, and understood this was being done for the safety of both the staff and guests. Our one bedroom villa was perfect for the two of us, and could have easily accommodated our children as well! There is some construction/updating happening on site, but it didn’t impact our stay at all. Plus... it’s just 15 mins from the parks! I highly recommend checking this resort out! We will be returning!

    This was our first trip during covid and it made us realize places are trying to open without being ready. As an owner we received countless emails about the new covid cleanliness standards, however it wasn't the case in person. At check in we asked for an upgrade to a 2 bedroom, we were told owners don't get upgrades we have to purchase. We went to our room, it was clearly dirty. They now gave us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom. The room was lovely and spacious however there were wet towels in the dryer and the microwave didn't work. They corrected the microwave and said sorry. We disinfected the room and didnt want to be moved again. The pools were lovely and not crowded most of the time. Someone came around often and spayed the lounge chairs with a cleaner. Only part of the resort is open, alot of refurbishment is happening and there is no food or beverage on sight. The other negative with the minimal staff was trash was left everyday by the elevators not sure if it was the customers or the staff making a pile and not returning, either way it was extremely unpleasant. We have stayed here before and always enjoyed it, however we will wait to return when they are able to function at a typical marriott level.

    The location is perfect, near everything but off the main busy roads. The pools are great and their rooms were just right! We vacation there for along weekend and the suite was perfect! Great views and very clean facility!

    My husband and myself stopped at this lovely resort in September. Our check in was quick and the staff lovely and friendly . We have been coming to this resort for 14 years as owners and enjoyed every time with our family and friends. We had a 2 bedroom in building one on the 3rd floor and had excellent views . Our room was very clean and looked liked it had recently been updated with freshly painted walls. Carpets appeared to be much cleaner than our last visit ! Our kitchen was spotless but only basic cooking items in cupboard ...we are British and have always enjoyed having a tea pot but this has been removed and cups and saucers. I never found any problem with our villa during our 7 day stay but the only problem was that I noticed that a payment had been deducted from my credit card with my permission ....I did hand my credit card over while we checked in ...there is nothing open on the resort...I have called several times and its extremely hard to get through to Owner services and left my telephone number and no one has got back to me . Apart from that problem the resort is fabulous .
