The suites were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating in setting up the rooms for our meeting needs. The tables and chairs set up outside for people to meet were especially helpful.
Another excellent Hilton property

I have stayed at this location many times for work and it always has been wonderful. Staff and service are amazing not to mention the food. I have only visited for work and the conference staff are very accommodating.

There was a problem with my orginal reservation, but when I arrived Dylan offered solutions and was very gracious getting us situated. He continued to provide such friendly service throughout our stay. Every staff member we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough positive about the staff at this location, I'm so impressed!
Not a Happy Place to Stay

I'm a Hilton Diamond member and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. This old hotel is, in my opinion, the weakest link in the Embassy Suites portfolio. The bed was fine, the bathroom was small but decent, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. However, it's in need of repair: the air conditioning is old and weak, rooms are musty (there was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and mildew on the tiles), the sofabed mattress is the worst I've ever experienced in any hotel, furniture has dents and dings, and the faux mission style hasn't aged well. Ever the elevator button floor #3 had been drawn on using a sharpie! It has the usual Embassy Suites breakfast: Fox News on the TV, friendly staff desperately trying to refill the trays that keep running out, and flavorless melon cut in haphazard giant 3-inch cubes. They call it a resort and I was excited to stay there, but was disappointed: it's more of a 4-story motel with a resort fee. (What makes it a "resort?" I don't know: a tennis court and a larger-than-average workout room?). There was a pretty fountain in the courtyard. Other than that, there is nothing particularly nice about this hotel. I cannot recommend staying here.
Great experience!
