Beautiful views, great staff, we made friends with Canadians!

We visited for a week and we built the best relationships with so many kind helpful staff! Truly a different experience in the best way. Michelle, Celco Jorge and Carlos were so attentive and had the whole adult pool and beach area full of drinks food and laughs. We had so much fun with other guests and we even made penpals! Victor, Miguel, Paul and Josue crushed it at the pool lounge bar. All of these guys work so well together and it made for a really memorable experience for us. The breakfast buffet is great, though it will get busy later in the morning. Alicia at the lobby bar, Isabel at the front doors and Dalila at the buffet were also very helpful and kind.

The resort is great! Buffet is above average for all inclusive. Location is central to everything - shopping, Malecon, restaurants and clubs. Something for everyone! The staff is so accommodating - Catherin, Carlos, Edgar, Rolando. They work hard. We had 60 ppl here for a wedding, ask for Nora her communication for planning is top notch.
