Great hotel and staff

Very good service. Great waiters such as Juan, Teresa, Hector, Francisco y Daniel. Felt very safe even though travelled during covid. Very clean. The pool was a bit cold due to the weather so guess could have some back up option during colds months to heat it up.

Alberto our concierge was wonderful, we stayed at the Melia and celebrated my husbands 50 bday. Alberto worked with me to plan every event and even helped to plan the valentines dinner special. My whole family was there and he made sure we were all taken care of and the staff was wonderful and worked to ensure we enjoyed our stay and we were safe.

Superb Service! Food is great, lots of choices, from Mexican, American, and Asian foods! Staff are very friendly and accomodating. We loved the Entertainment shows at night in Spanish and English! The Oceanview Rooms are the best! You are only a few steps away from the beach! ? And we love to hear the sound of the waves at night, very relaxing. Special thanks to Alan Sinuhé for all the help in our reservation, Mr. Alberto Sandoval (asst. Manager) is very accomodating, he goes around and talks to guests from time to time. Excellent service from the restaurant staff, Teresa, Daniel Peña Mesa, Everardo, Edgar, Margarito and Christian. Thanks for making our Honeymoon extra special! We would definitely be back!

We couldn't choose a better place to spend our honeymoon! We want to thank to all the hotel staff for making our time there so memorable. Starting with Alan Sinuhé for ALL his help during our stay, together with Mrs. Annette for making it possible. Alberto Sandoval for being so attentive, accommodating and for being always around. Many thanks to the restaurant staff for being so nice: Teresa, Daniel Peña, Everardo, Edgar, Christian, Oscar, Margarito and Vicky for making the most delicious omelettes and pastas! ?? We definitely recommend this hotel and we want to come back ASAP.

excellent service, friendly staff, enjoyed our stay. We needed the covid 19 test to return to the US. The resort took care of us on site. The test results were available immediately and all the paperwork was exactly what the airline needed. This was our second trip to the Melia and will definitely return.
