    Gustavo is the BEST waiter we’ve had at Hard Rock this visit. His English is good and he’s able to get my complicated, picky order perfect. We had him for breakfast and dinner. He brought a soup for us to try that was amazing. He recommended the perfect meal for myself and my husband. Then the dessert he suggested was so yummy. He is a really exceptional waiter.

    Raymond was a excellent server who never let our drinks run empty or allow us to go hungry in the week that we spent with him and his colleagues at the members pool. The pool was always nice and they always made sure we have a good time.

    Raymin was our waiter for most of the time at this pool and he was excellent! He was always ready to help with drinks and food! The members pool was the best place we spent out time! Who can beat fresh food and excellent drinks right in the pool?!

    This is my second time at this resort in about 5 years, it went from 3 to a 4 for me. I had a very different experience this time around mainly due to the pandemic. However it’s important to discuss the experience we had at the front desk when we got here. I travel often and usually do my one booking, however my cousin found this amazing offer on the HR website and she booked it. It had an offer of 2 kids free for every 2 adults for the room, we loved it and took all four of our children and booked 2 rooms. When we got here we were told that si ve the call center had not put a note about the offer (that was still available online) we would have to pay $140.00 extra per night for every 2 kids. What happened next was expected, the customer service representative that morning, who was a short, girl with glasses, printed out the confirmation and with polite words told us that the offer was not available for us and we would have to pay for the kids. Then came Jeffrin who I would refer to as Jeff, and provided us the most amazing customer service. He was courteous, empathetic and most important attentive, he listened to us, and told us what the situation was, he was very transparent and patient with us. We asked for a supervisor, and he made sure our situation was sorted out. It took us 2 hours to check in and he never lost his patience. In the end everything worked out! But I am sure that if it wasn’t for Jeff we would still be at the check-in counter. Now in regards to the norms during the pandemic, the staff here is very well informed on the social distancing norms required at this moment, there are signs everywhere you look instructing you of how to keep yourself and others safe. They have mask available everywhere you look and all the food areas have been rearranged to provide the best higiene possible. My family had a great time

    We had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock in Punta Cana. The food was excellent but above all we had a personal assistant Jaun De Leon that went out if his way to make our trip special! Thanks we will be back!
