My husband and I were there for 5 nights with a group and we had an amazing time. Tony is the absolute best concierge we have come across in all of our all inclusive stays (and we’ve probably stayed at 20+ in the past 5 years). He cares so much about your experience and makes sure you are well taken care of! El Dorado is lucky to have Tony!!

Our concierge Tony was the highlight of our trip. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and he really was a wonderful person to get to know. We were there for a giveback trip and he was the most caring person, it was a pleasure to have him at the resort. 10/10 would return to visit Tony!
