Beautiful resort with lots to see and do. Excellent service and great food. Loved the all adults and ability to visit the other resorts. Plenty of activity and entertainment but large enough to enjoy quiet moments throughout the resort.

Absolutely loved what this resort had to offer. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the butler service. Might as well not offer butler services if they can never be reached and you have to wait hours to receive what is requested. Outside of that, I would completely recommend as it is a beautiful property with great food options and amazing staff!!

The hotel was excellent. Every villa had its own butler that helped with any questions or reservations for the restaurants... that was very nice and Mariana (villa 65) was amazing and very friendly. The food was great and the variety as well. The pool is awesome (just lacking a little more entertainment) and the drinks are delish. The only downside is that the hotel has no beach, you can go to a nearby beach from the hotels next-door, but it is not as great... very rocky, but that was not an impediment to have the best time ever. Also, our room had a private pool and it was very clean and nice. Very recommended!

11th trip to TRS

When arriving to TRS for our 11th visit I was greeted by Betty at the front. Betty and I had been in contact to set up the room and reservation as I had a price match I wanted adjusted as well as I have many allergies to the laundry detergent so she met me at he door to confirm all things were set for us in our suite! When we arrived at our building (67) We met with LUIS (and ERIK) who were our AMAZING butlers. We got their whatsapp number so we could text them any questions. Luis was our morning butler and I woke up tp a text with all of the resorts activities and information for the day! (SUPER handy!). At night Erik would call us a ride to take us to dinner and we would have nice talks about our days before going to be. Erik also help Betty set up a suprise for our anniversary! Our room had champagne, rose peddles, chocolate covered strawberries AND the resort PRINTED PICTURES OF US OFF FACEBOOK and had them all over the bed! I CRIED it was so special!!! ROMEO and DIEGO are the worlds best bellmen and took us on many rides to and from where we needed to go! I would just send a facebook message to Romeo and he would show up quickly to get us! He made our lives so much easier.

Great stay! Our butlers were awesome (Paola & Guillermo). Make sure you stop by the pool bar and see (Alfredo) he is awesome. Very friendly staff, they make you feel at home. Great time and very relaxing.
