We loved our stay at the Westin. A perfect location in Union Square. Trolley cars & hop on hop off bus stop in front of the hotel. Lots of shops & restaurants a few minutes walk away. This is an old hotel with an interesting history. Our room was comfortable & spacious.staff were friendly & helpful. A perfect stay for us with no complaints.

Two nights in San Francisco

Spent two great nights at the Westin. It was my first time in San Francisco so it was a great experience to stay at this nice hotel. Our room was upgraded to a high floor and we had a really great view. My favorite hotel feature was the outside elevator which gives a great view while going up. Breakfast was a decent buffet but the staff made it really great. Overall a nice experience and I would definitely return.
Better than last time

We’ve stayed here before but this time was even better. The hotel is gorgeous in an old historic building. Valet parking is $85 but very quick and they recognized us each time we came down. Check in was seamless. Our guy recognized our past stay and my husband’s status and upgraded our room. He also gave us $25 food and beverage credit. The room was huge with beautiful views of the city. The room was dark and climate controlled. The bed was comfy, the tv was large, as was the closet. The bathroom was large but the shower was a bit small. We never waited for the elevators. We ate downstairs for breakfast and it was disappointing. The oatmeal was so watery and the egg dish was inedible,

very elegant, the room is very impressive. wifi is good. would be nice to have more outlets near the bed for charging devices and bidets should be standard for any hotel by now. loved the service and proximity to all the shopping areas. Concierge was very notable excellent service, Jeff Aquino helped make our stay very enjoyable and felt very first class service. Thank you, will def come back!
